I don’t think anyone else loves the intersection of glamour & the grotesque quiet like I do ✨ Here’s a lil time lapse video of me painting this huge sound panel with acoustically transparent paint (ooh! Fancy!) for @facethouse in 2019. All pieces are inspired by the 1961 film “The Misfits” with Marilyn Monroe. This panel in particular is inspired by bizarre world of hand-painted movie posters. NO LONGER WRITING STATEMENTS, ONLY SENDING THIS✨ I watched @midsommarmovie for the first time on an emergency flight back from Ireland via Heathrow to the US in early March.
