Radfem good news is back!

The UK has implemented an age verification law that forces users to verify their age if they want to access pornography websites. This was done in order to protect children from accessing porn.

According to a study for the children's commissioner for England.

"A quarter of 16-21-year-olds first saw pornography on the internet while still at primary school, it suggests. By the age of 13, 50% had been exposed to it."

Another study, held by UK’s communications watchdog, claimed

"Nearly one in 10 children aged eight to 14 have watched online pornography"

Websites that ignore the new laws could be fined up to £18m, or 10% of worldwide revenue.

Headline for the report on Sex-based violence against women and girls: new frontiers and emerging issues

A released report in May 2025 calls for women to be recognised by biological sex, not self-ID.

This change comes via the Special Rapporteur on violence against women and girls, an independent advisor to the UN Human Rights Council. Her latest report explicitly acknowledges that sex based violence and discrimination remain underexplored and unaddressed, and urges states to return to a biological understanding of “woman” in both policy and legal frameworks.

In 2023, UN women had posted on twitter that trans lesbians are lesbians. Now, they appear to be waking up on the harms of gender identity and self identification.

For years, women’s rights advocates have been sidelined, censored, and smeared for stating the obvious: women are female. Now, even major global institutions are waking up to the harm caused by gender identity ideology and the erasure of sex.

Abortion in the UK has been decriminalised.

Women in England and Wales who terminate their pregnancy outside the rules, for example after 24 weeks, will no longer be at risk of being investigated by police.

Women who suffer from severe period pain will be allowed to take leave from work for up to three days each month

"If someone has an illness with such symptoms a temporary disability is granted, so the same should happen with menstruation – allowing a woman with a very painful period to stay at home," Angela Rodriguez, the secretary of state for equality has said.

As of May 2025, Queenland has proposed changes that will limit courts from considering character references, community standing, or contributions to society during sentencing, unless directly relevant to assessing an offender's rehabilitation prospects or risk of reoffending. This will serve to prevent the minimisation of serious offences based on unrelated positive attributes of the offender.

This network represents a significant step forward in promoting women's rights and leadership on a global scale.
