She blushes slightly, always happy to see the red headed boy. She was planing on just jumping on the bus as always and head home. But now that Takuto was here, she wanted to spend as much time with him as she could.

“Hey Takuto-kun, would you like to go to the beach? I feel like putting my feet in the ocean.”

Oblivious as ever, Takuto smiled back at her. He hadn't realized just how long it had been since he'd seen Mizuno. It was nice to have her back, in all her bubbly friendliness.

  "Sure, that sounds great. It's a beautiful day, and I haven't really been down there lately. Lead the way!"

Sakana couldn’t stop smiling; maybe his happy aura was contagious or something, but she didn’t mind. It was then she realized even how similar they looked, they acted differently.

“It’s not a bad place to be actually.” Pausing for a moment, she wondered if she should ask. “Would you like to accompany me to grab a bit to eat? Of course, if you aren’t busy.”

"Not at all," Takuto agreed with a smile, "It's a great place. I haven't even been here that long, but I can't really imagine going back to live on the mainland," he added with a nervous chuckle.

"Ah, sure! I'm not doing anything, and a change from dorm food is probably a good thing every once in a while." Not that the food in the dorm was bad. Actually, it was great, which was probably why he didn't eat out much. Nevertheless, he nodded to Sakana with a friendly smile.

“Takuto-kun..” she repeated, as if she wanted to test out the name. It rolled off her tongue but it was nice. Hearing his question made her chuckle. It seemed like everyone asked her that.

“Yes, I’m from the island. How about you? I don’t think I’ve seen you around.”

Takuto chuckled along with her, for no particular reason, other than that he enjoyed sharing in other people's happiness. She was a nice girl. This island was full of nice people; he knew that by now.

  "Mm, not originally. I came from the mainland a while ago to... well, just for the experience I guess," he explained with another small laugh.

Of course she was referencing to him but she didn’t know much about how these two were related in the first place. Instead, she simply smile at the boy. She shouldn’t be rude so she would introduce herself.

“I’m Sakana. It’s a pleasure to meet you.”

"The pleasure's all mine, Sakana-chan," Takuto replied, offering a friendly smile. Her face was a little on the melancholy side, but she seemed friendly enough. "I'm Takuto Tsunashi."

  "Are you... from the island?"
