The odd thread.
here’s some more stuff I’ve never seen before
Photography takes you to unexpected little places right outside your doorstep. as a painter, I work mainly in the studio. I don’t see much besides my work, my computer, and the walls enclosing me. Photography is totally different. What I like the most about it that in the search for pictures, I sneak into nooks and back alleys just blocks away, and enter little realms that I was never aware of before.Â
This reminds me of McDonalds. But not just that. I don’t think this is a particularly remarkable subject. it’s one of those ticket machines for guests you see at private parking lots. But the red is totally great. not just the red, but the way the red is laid on top of a gray background. I didn’t much care about the subject, but the colors. this is something that the Radiaport journal was made to explore. When in a picture do you get an image where the subject matter becomes secondary to the abstract shapes? Stick around and find out with me.Â
it’s like a flag.
just peachy!
