Major is a family man, and while he has spent a fair amount of time abroad, he's most happy being part of a community. he would definitely be someone who enjoys small town life for the pleasure of knowing everyone in town. he gives favours freely and expects nothing in return. he loves animals and would be very happy working on a ranch or something, and hes definitely cut out for manual labour. hes the type of person always looking for a reason to hang out bc he likes to be with people. he definitely appreciates alone time, however, and is pretty introspective. Hes not one to talk too much about himself and hes much more interested in getting to know other people. if Major were an element, it would be Earth, like soft nourishing soil, and a solid foundation, someone who helps you and encourages you to grow, and who will support and ground you. Major is fairly soft-spoken, but gets louder around crowds of familar people (think board-game night with friends, or other social gatherings). He's not crazy about drawing attention to himself, as he can be pretty self-conscious. Major rarely gets angry or frustrated, and usually feels bad or embarrassed after showing any negative emotions. He struggles with sharing his feelings with others, and doesnt like to divulge negative information on/about other people. Major doesnt consider himself smart or clever, which could be why he invests so much in being supportive and physically helpful. he always wishes there is something more he can do to help people. though he loves helping/working, he doesnt like being forced/told to do things. This has made jobs difficult, depending on the person in charge. asking him to do something will go over just fine, but telling him/expecting him to do things is more touchy. it irks him, and in instances where he feels he's being treated unfairly, or as if he is 'less than', he can be stubborn or even rebellious. this has led to some falling-outs in a few jobs, etc. respect and equality are important to Major and things like people being rude to retail workers would get on his nerves quickly.
