Kai Greene, The Under Dog.

Leslie Kai Greene known as Kai Greene born in 12july 1975 in Brooklyn, New York, USA. He is a professional Bodybuilder. He is one of the Disciplined and Hard working person . He started bodybuilding at the age of 13.

One of the shocking things about Kai is, he grew up in foster care without parents. He got attention from his English Teacher in his 7th grade for his rapid growth and development and His teacher introduced him to a teen bodybuilding competition. He started bodybuilding from foster Care.

Struggles of Kai Greene

Kai Greene is known as a greatest bodybuilder for his dedication for bodybuilding. He came to this Bodybuilding industry by a lot of sacrifice and hard work. His parents left him when he was a child and he grew up in foster care. He used to be in depression most of the time. He got out of the foster club for his anger and then he had to live alone. He is a single person, he does not have a family. He has financial problems, Some times he can not even manage his food but he never stops dreaming about bodybuilding. He used to walk to go to work to save money and always used the metro bus and train for long trips.

Mr. Olympia Journey

From 2009 to 2012, Kai was the most eye-catching player of Mr. Olympia. In 2009 he took the 4th place in IFBB Mr. Olympia. In 2010 he was 7th place and In 2011 he came 3rd. Then In 2012 and 2013 he was in his best shape with his Competitor Phil Heath but Unfortunately he got 2nd place twice.

He never got the Olympia Title but he always got known as the greatest for his work ethic and his dedication for bodybuilding.

Jeff Seid, The most Aesthetic Athlete.

Jeff Seid born in Washington, United States on 12june 1994. He is the most Aesthetic Men's Physique Player. He started training at the age of 12 and also he used to get much support from his family. Even at the age of 12, he got so much equipment as a gift from his parents to improve his training.

Jeff shared that, He started training to impress girls in school. Then he got attached with a fitness lifestyle and he became the youngest IFBB pro.

Injuries of Jeff and come back

Jeff was a football player and an American wrestler. In his high school he used to play football and he was trying for a scholarship in football to work for his dreams. But In his very first game in senior year he broke his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). It was a big downfall in his career. But after surgery, he trained himself again to prepare himself for bodybuilding but unfortunately again he got his previous injury on ACL.

He was so depressed with his situation and he had to stop training. After a period and surgery, he came back and again prepared himself for Men's physique with dedication and became the Americas youngest IFBB Pro.

His Idol And Inspiration

Jeff first saw Arnold in his movie "Conor the barbarian" and Jeff got so Inspired by Arnold's physique. Jeff declared himself that he will make a body like Arnold.

Chris Bumstead 2x Classic Physique Mr. Olympia

Chris Bumstead Early Life

Chris Bumstead is a professional IFBB bodybuilder. He is from Ottawa Canada, who stepped on the Mr. Olympia stage at just 21 year old. He is the youngest Classic Physique Olympia ever. Chris is my favorite IFBB Classic Physique category player.

Chris is winner of Classic Physique Mr. Olympia 2019 and 2020 in row and 2017-2018 he placed 2nd twice. He is the youngest Classic Physique Olympia ever. He was a basketball player and also a soccer player. He joined training just to make himself stronger than others in his gaming field. Chris was the heaviest lifter in his age than others. He used to Squad with 500pounds weight at just 18 years of age.

BODYBUILDING STARTUP

In 2014, after his high school when he was just 19. He first competed in the stage of bodybuilding competition and he came 1st overall champion. In 2015 he competed for the Canada National Bodybuilding championship and Chris again became the top scorer and 1st overall champion. . That is how his journey began with bodybuilding.

His First trainer and mentor

His Sister's boyfriend Iain Valliere was his first mentor and trainer for bodybuilding. Iain prepared Chris for his first ever competition in 2014 in Canada. Still Iain and Chris train together and Chris also does personal training for clients.

Early Life of Arnold

Arnold Alois Schwarzenegger was born in 30july 1947 in Austria. His father was a police chief and also his mother was in police. His parents also want him to become a police officer but He has something different in mind.

In his early life he was Inspired by bodybuilder Reg park he was two time Mr. Universe and an Actor. Arnold first saw Reg Park in a front of a magazine and Arnold got so inspired by his look and body then Arnold decided that one day he will be like him.

From my childhood, I was a big fan of his movie Terminator but I did not knew that he is a former professional Bodybuilder.

Austria to America

From his Childhood he always dreamed of going to America. Austria was not a developed place back then to achieve his dreams. and Americas bridges and buildings were used to fascinate him so much. For his hard work and dedication for bodybuilding, the godfather of bodybuilding and the founder of IFBB and Co founder of Mr. Olympia Joe Weider hired Arnold and took him to America to make him a world class bodybuilder.

Achievements

He is an amazing Bodybuilder of all time. He first won the Mr. Olympia Title in 1970.

From 1970 to 1975 he continuously won the Mr. Olympia title for 6 times. Then again In 1980 he came back and again won the title for the 7th time and the last time. and Now a bodybuilding show runs by his name called Arnold Classic.

He has so many achievements in his bodybuilding career and also in his other professions.

How Arnold Inspired me

His bodybuilding lifestyle, his Achievements and his 6 rules for success motivate me a lot to dream big and work hard.
