Royal Invasion - Chapter XI: A Change in Perspective
It has been too damn long since I've updated this story, but I recently got a huge creativity boost, so fingers crossed that we'll see a few more chapters before July :)
To be completely honest, this is more of a filler chapter as Lily contemplates the aftermath of the fight between Severus/James/Sirius, but she does come to some interesting conclusions!

The Award
As promised, here's the project I've been working on since the end of 2021. Can't even believe it has almost been TWO years.
Got the idea for this one-shot after being inspired by @bcdaily's A Proper Shot. Not even sure if this can be considered a "one-shot" since it's upwards of 9k words... BUT it's a fic nonetheless :)

Lily Evans hated Eldon Elscrickle.
Well, maybe that was a bit of an exaggeration. She didn't hate Eldon Elscrickle, per se—she just hated what he stood for.
After travelling to Africa in the 17th century, Elscrickle learned the Alohomora charm from an ancient sorcerer. Upon returning to England, he used the simple charm to break into numerous homes around London, including Muggle ones. When he was inevitably captured, he traded the knowledge of the charm in return for his freedom.
Okay, so maybe he wasn't the most laudable figure, but apparently, the Ministry was willing to overlook his transgressions in order to create the Eldon Elscrickle Most Promising Newcomer Award.
