As I reached 100 followers recently, I have been thinking about a little present to all of you and since I had planned to make a CC-free version of these 5 lots anyway, I did just that and here we are with 5 unfurnished midcentury lots, that are very pretty to look at! (I might at some point furnish some of them, but as of right now I simply didn't have the time yet). I hope you'll like them :)

what do you get?

Begonia Drive 509 - 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one for guests) + a pool, garage

Acalea Drive C1153 - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, carport

Lancaster Road 210 - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, basement, this is a starter home!

Plumeria Drive 2043 - 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (one for guests), pool, carport

Wisteria Drive 820 - 3.5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, pool, garage

(I used old midcentury blueprints and kind of tried to pay homage to them when I named the buildings, so that's why they're named like that!)

Baumgarten Estates - a CC lot for Oasis Springs

Kicking off my birthday month with a cc lot! This lot was inspired by the mid-century Baumgarten Bau in Karlsruhe, Germany. It's not as grand as the original, but it is still a luxurious space. I hope you'll like this lot as much as I do and fill it with (sim)life or at least some furniture!

Baumgarten Estates is a 40x30 unfurnished lot built onto the Rio Verde lot in the Skyward Palms neighbourhood of Oasis Springs. But it can also be placed onto the Arid Ridge lot in the same neighbourhood.

It has 3 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms (3x guest, 2 normal + 1 open-plan ensuite) + a basement and a garage:

Uses items from the following packs: For Rent, Snowy Escape, Eco Lifestyle, Discover University, Island Living, Cats and Dogs, Get Together, Jungle Adventure & Desert Luxe.

Is the CC included? Yes, most CC is included, however, some creators' TOU do not allow for reuploading their content, so I've included a fancy Excel file with the download links of the specific items. (note: some creators have resorted to uploading their content only on curseforge. Since I'm boycotting that website I may have included those files anyway). Thank you, to all CC-creators without whom I wouldn't have been able to bring this building to the sims!

The Old Courthouse - a cc lot by moonwoodhollow

It's time for my August build download and I think this one perfectly fits into the season!

The Old Courthouse is a mostly unfurnished residential lot that is best placed in Brindleton Bay. This lot was inspired by various houses in Salem, Massachusetts and I hope I captured the 'old' New England vibe accurately. It's a perfect family home for your sims, who enjoy spending their time in the garden, gardening, lounging on their patio or inviting friends to a barbecue or an afternoon tea.

So what do you get?

The Old Courthouse is a 40x30 lot best placed in Brindleton Bay on the Tail's End lot. The building is mostly unfurnished, meaning only the garden area with the greenhouse and garage is mostly furnished, while the actual house is completely empty except for flooring and wallpaper. What could be playtested, has been playtested. Also: this lot was created without the Tool mod.

The house has a sitting room, living room, dining room, small/guest restroom and a kitchen on the ground floor.

You'll find 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor, one master bedroom with an ensuite and a walk-in closet, and 2 bedrooms connected by a bathroom (lots of potential for drama with 2 teen sims!). The last room could be used as an office or hobby room.

In the attic, you'll find another bathroom and 2 larger rooms, that could be used as a guest bedrooms or something else entirely!

Spice Market №1—a San Myshuno Shell by Moonwoodhollow. San My is one of my favourite worlds and yet I've never shared any build I've built there before. With the new pack coming, I thought it was finally time to change this. I created this build with the new lot type of a combined residential/business in mind and created 4 apartment shells and 6 business/shop shells. I hope this lot inspires you to create the San Myshuno of your dreams!

So what do you get?

Spice Market №1 is a 30x30 lot best placed in San Myshuno in the Spice Market neighbourhood. The lot is currently set as a residential lot, but you could set it as a residential rental, or once the new pack comes out combine a residential lot with a business. The lot consists of 4 apartments; 3 of these apartments comprise two floors while one only has one floor, but a rooftop terrace. There are also 6 businesses/shops/cafés/restaurants/etc. shells. 2 of these are in the basement, while the others are all on the 1st floor and potentially have more floors. It's all up to you! I wanted to give you as much freedom as possible with the interior and let your creativity run wild!

Uses items from the following packs: looks best with almost all packs. But a tip: take a look at the build in the gallery and click on the packs to see the items I used from that pack, it might also look good with fewer packs.

-> Update (17.02.2025): I reuploaded this build with DX11. I also added some files, which makes the download bigger, but this is due to me forgetting to include the texture files of the items, which meant some items were showing up with question marks if you didn't have the other items from said cc sets. I tested the lot today and everything should work correctly now!

Spice Market №2—a San Myshuno Shell by Moonwoodhollow. Spice Market №1 was definitely in need of a neighbouring lot, which would fit just as well as the first lot into the Spice Market and I hope I did it justice! While I wanted both lots to go well together, each one of them needed to have distinctive characteristics so for this lot you'll also get two 'classic' brownstones + a former harbor factory. Oh and 6 empty shops/businesses that you can fill with whatever you like!

So what do you get?

Spice Market №2 is a 30x30 lot best placed in San Myshuno in the Spice Market neighbourhood. The lot is currently set as a residential lot, but you could set it as a residential rental, or with the new pack combine a residential lot with a business. The lot consists of 1 apartment, that comprises 2 floors. The factory could potentially be used as a residential space as well, it has 2 rooftop terraces and consists of 2 floors. The 2 brownstones have 3 floors and a rooftop terrace each.

-> a tip: The brownstone townhouses aren't very big, because the size of the lot wouldn't permit it, but if you'd like to play with them and have more than 2 sims, I'd advise you to combine the 2 brownstones into one home. That way it should be more spacious.

There are also 6 businesses/shops/cafés/restaurants/etc. shells. 1 of these is in the basement, while the others are all on the 1st floor and potentially have more floors.

I also added a Chinese food stall next to the factory, that does work, but you'll need to click on it and pay for someone to arrive and work there (100 Simoleons, I believe).

Crystal Clutters Pack

Heeeey people! Crystal Creations came out (bugged as hell) and I loved these bookcases sooo much but it desperately needed changes, atleast for me. The *dust* two colored wood tones needed to go and it surelly needed the ladder for both sides! And so I did that!

I went even further making more swatches and making two swatches for each wood color, one with a version already with books in and one without anything! And also I made some clutters to put on your new bookcases!

Oh and all items in this pack are Base Game Compatible, so you dont need crystal creations to use this.

Le Bistró Pack

Hellooo guys! I was heavilly inspired by this last kit that EA made, I reaaally liked it. So this is a pack inspired by and made to complement Cozy Bistro, but everything here works perfectly alone and IS base game compatible*. I really wanted something that screams bistros and restaurants and was heavilly inspired by these pins here, here, here, here and by Bouillon Chartier in Paris!

I was aiming in woody, cozy and vintage and I started by the panel wallpaper but I didnt like how flat it looked on the wall so I made 3D wall panelling and really liked how it turned out so I made windows, doors and arches following this panel to make it look crafted! And to be honest it is super flexible in other rooms, thats why I liked it so much!

Cottage Diaries Part I

Helloo guys! As I showed a few days ago, this is my march pack. An en suite bathroom with 24 new items for your sims to take a bath in a glamorous vintage space!

This is part 1 from my new Series called "Cottage Diaries" that I will be creating for Sims 4 for the next few months. This was totally inspired by XO Macenna, a home designer from youtube, Cottage Renovation. She's currently back at the cottage to continue her renovation so I thought "Let's go along with her for sims!" I loooove her and her style so making this is awesome for me! Such a delight! She didn't finish this en suite bathroom yet, so I made a lot of things from my own personal taste with her essence, I hope! Haha

The details in these are my favorite part! I hand painted so many little details to make this resemble all the gorgeous trifted unique pieces that she picked! Aaargh I love it! This Series will always be an inspiration from her home and style but not an exact translation to sims, so things will vary according to my liking and style too. Around the Sims 4 | Bike park

You know what your school or university might miss? Bicycle parks! OK, it’s not as if Sims could use their bikes to travel from a lot to another, but still, it brings a touch of realism to have a bike parking nearby! You’ll find here everything you need, including decorative bikes, for adults & children. Then, you’ll find lots of various bike stands, that you can cover if you want with awnings, and you can even use bike locks for a final touch! 

It will be released on Around the Sims 4 the 4th of November. It’s available in early access for Patreons right now.
