I have been hyperfixated on One Piece the entirety of this year, and I've been thinking about the Straw Hats looking after an age regressor crewmate! I did my best to think of things for Jinbe since I know he joins later, but I'm currently in Dressrosa arc!
No matter the reason for your regression, all the Straw Hats accept and encourage your regression! None of the Straw Hats, especially captain Luffy, will put up with any bullies! He would never stand in the way of a harmless thing that brings you joy and comfort.
All the Straw Hats are amazing at cheering you up with their silly antics when you're feeling sad, especially Luffy, Usopp, Franky, and Brook!
Your stuffie gets a tear in it after taking it on so many adventures? No problem! Nami stitches it up for you quickly, good as new!
Taking naps with Zoro! He doesn't mind at all if you curl up next to him for a nap, and you can feel protected sleeping next to him!
Usopp and Robin telling you stories! Usopp telling you about the big adventures he's been on, and Robin reading you tales from her books.
Jinbe, Zoro, and Franky carrying you on their shoulders! Chopper could too if he is transformed!
Sanji making all kinds of fun little snacks for you! He knows all your food preferences, even if your food preferences differ between when you're feeling big or little. He adapts no problem! He makes sure you're eating some healthy snacks too and not just sweets with Chopper!

I think Robin and Jinbe would be the best at calming down an anxious or scared little, or if you just need some quiet time! They're both level-headed and would be the best listeners.
If you misplace a stuffie or a comfort object, Luffy will drop everything to help you find it! He understands completely. It's like his hat! He can't be without it, so he will definitely turn serious and do everything he can to help you get your own treasure back, because he can't stand to see you upset!
Drawing and coloring with Usopp and Nami! Showing both of them imaginary treasure maps you've made, and they're both so impressed!
Chopper taking care of you whenever you trip or get hurt or feel sick! You get soft, cuddly reindeer hugs afterwards to help you feel better! He's like a big plushie!
Playing with toy food and having Sanji "taste" the food that you made, and he tells you it's the best thing he's ever tasted! He's proud of you being a little chef!
Franky with his guitar or Brook with his violin (or other instruments he knows how to play) playing you lullabies when you're tired!
Usopp and Franky making fun toys for you by hand, and Nami buying you something you were eyeing in a marketplace you and the crew stopped in!
