hey, its okay to want to be someones favorite btw.

it doesnt make you bad, or selfish. its okay to love someone so much, to have them be your number one and think, "i hope i'm your number one too."

its not bad. its not toxic. its actually a very human need and thing to feel. and its especially valid if you want that from someone who's taking care of a very vulnerable, small side of you.

when you're going about your day, try to observe at least one small thing that stands out to you. it can be incredibly mundane, like a weed growing out of the crack in a sidewalk, or very interesting. write these observations down in a journal or a phone app. allow yourself to slow down, take a deep breath, and look at the world around you. wonderful, isn't it? 🌱🌞📚
