Breakfast - left over green tea and water (0 cal)
Lunch - Single Pork Rind (1-2 cal)
Dinner - Egg salad on 1/4 of Pita bread with a bottle of sparkling water (184 cal)
Snacks
- Strawberry Raspberry "Nice cream" (183 cal for a full bowl)
- Half of a fun sized Kit Kat (70 cal for 1 out of 2 sticks)
- Two Reese's Cups (300 Cal, not recommended as a treat-)
Recipes
Egg Salad and Pita
- 1 boiled Egg (78 cal)
- 1 tablespoon of light mayonnaise (40 cal)
- 1/6 cup of chopped onion
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt, pepper, any spicy seasoning and garlic powder (none of the bottles said, so I'm saying 1-3 call for all of it)
- 1/4 of a Pita Bread slice
Simply cut up the egg, and add it to a bowl and mix with the other ingredients. I'd also recommend tasting a little along the way, since the Pita slice isn't large enough, and you can make sure it's tasty.
Strawberry Raspberry "Nice Cream"
- 2/3 cup of sliced fresh strawberry (35 cal)
- 2/3 cup fresh raspberry (43 cal)
- medium sized banana (105 cal)
- 2/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (20 cal)
Freeze all fruits for at least 4 hours. I had mine in for a day. Be sure all are cut into easy to blend. Put into a blender or food processed and add the milk, blending until smooth and creamy like ice cream! Eat immediately! (If you freeze it, it turns rock hard lol)
Total calories for the day - 757 ( mine is actually 752 since I did a little workout but eh)
