Vista Quarry Renovation 🏠

Another renovation for my save file! I focused a lot on a traditional single family home for this renovation. I really wanted to take the backyard up a level by giving it a more family friendly atmosphere. I’m in LOVE with the patio. This build is still 3Beds 1bath, but I expanded the house to make a larger primary bedroom. I didn’t include one of the secondary bedrooms because I already wanna redo it 😂

Springscape Renovation 🏠

I’m back with a new build in Oasis Springs. I initially wanted to renovate the existing house but honestly, I HATED it. So I bulldozed the lot and started fresh. I’m really happy with how it turned out. It’s 2bed, 2bath but I used the secondary bedroom as a music studio, which I hadn’t done before, but loved the process.
