1. Why does a rubber Balloon burst with huge sound when pricked with A needle instead of not leaking the air slowly but vehicle tyres made of same rubber on puncher doesn't burst and leaks the air slowly? :-)

Balloon rubber gets much more stretched than its normal shape than tyre gets stretched from its normal shape. Am i correct?

I have 2 similar plastic buckets. I filled both half with hot water. Now I fill the 1st completely with normal water immediately and other one only half an hour later. Which will be hotter when both are full?
