update for yesterday (09.09.18) we all had an early start and the rest of the day was filled with travels. heading first to labasa airport to catch our flight here to nadi. Hello everybody, I will talk about our Savusavu show. It was my first time to Savusavu for performing for the free wifi at the parc. The people? (John asks) For me, the people were good. Our performance? (John asks) For me, it was a fun show because we get to show the people what we got. Some highlights? (John asking) For me, I really liked the hotsprings because it was the first time in my life to see it and the smoke coming out of the ground was nice. The 4-wheel drive taxi was awesome because hardly any 4-wheel drive taxi in Suva. Are you excited for the mext part of our journey and why? (John asks) Yes I am, because it is my big dream, to look forward to visiting San Francisco. It's my first time there and I am also excited to perform for the people. throwing it back to Friday (07/09/18) It was such a great experience to perform for the amazing people of Labasa. Such a great crowd, always up on their feet dancing to the beat of the songs,singing along and cheering throughout our performance. The energy from the crowd with that of ours on stage was in sync and the atmosphere it created was so wonderful. It was also a pleasure to perform alongside The Gang Fiji. Official Day one of Northern road trip: 06/09/18 What a kickstart to this already amazing tour. Early wakeup to the bustand, ride down to Natovi timing an amazing sunrise onboard the ship (Patterson shipping I'm guessing) I calm boat ride to Nabouwalu then continuing on the road to Dreketi for a break, "curry me, bara, watermelon, moli juice." vendors be shouting. Then again on the road to Labasa reaching but abit gloomy the weather was but hey that did not dampen our spirits anyway. After settling in our accomodation, intense workout regime followed by a roadrun to shakeoff the nerves and loosen our bodies. Oh my, what a day thus far! Then an excellent soundcheck at Subrail Park for our first show nikua. Woohoo! Then ending what was a first awesome day with awesome chicken sandwiches followed by a nice hot cuppa and slowly sinking into pur our dreams in preparation for the day ahead. Can't this day get any better? I shall end there....for now....
