Before work wake your baby and change him into TWO thick diapers. After the first diaper is on cut slits into it. You will want liquid to flow through it. Then apply second diaper over it. Leave a large container of liquid of your choice in the fridge. I like juice or tea but you decide what baby drinks.
Tell baby to sleep well and you'll be in touch throughout the day. Leave a bottle with your liquid of choice by the bedside with a note.
