I got this baby to help with my anxiety, panic attacks, and all the other problems that’s plague my life. Transitions is hard and stressful for me. It makes my social anxiety worse, so I got an ESA. I’m really lucky to go to a college that is understanding and allows their students to have emotional support animals, because they realize the importance of students mental health.
