I work at a Collage with a Culinary Campus that serves lunch. Today they had Miso Ramen. Not too shabby, Eggs spot on! Light from my camera makes them seem lighter than they were, they had a beautiful golden brown hue

Late night Hakata Tonkotsu at Ginza Yamachan, Tokyo, Japan

Spicy miso ramen from a local Japanese restaurant. Ramen is only available on the lunch menu and yesterday I finally got to try it. Was absolutely delicious.
