Shanaya Shekhar (Bipasha Basu) is a Bollywood actress who has an affair with a famous Bollywood film director named Aditya Arora (Emraan Hashmi). Her career takes a drastic roll when a debutant actress named Sanjana Krishna (Esha Gupta), receives accolades and appreciation for her work.

Suddenly, Shanaya appears to have forgotten and everybody only wants to work with Sanjana. Soon enough, Shanaya sees her career disappear and her envy slowly becomes craziness. She turns to black magic and makes it her goal in life to damage Sanjana's career and make her feel the pain of loss.

She seeks help from her former servant, Sonu (Sunil Dhariwal), a Tantrik who helps her practice black magic and calls upon a black magician named Tara Dutt (Manish Choudhary). She asks him to destroy Sanjana's Life and Career. Tara agrees to help haunt and torture Sanjana until she becomes Suicidal. He to put a question to somebody in order to find out some information Shanaya gives Sanjana a black poison through a person she trusts. Shanaya would not usually agree to do Aditya to do it for her. Although reluctant at first, Aditya is ready due to his love for Shanaya but soon he realizes that what he's doing is immoral.

Aditya, whose sympathy for Sanjana has now turned into love, leaves Shanaya and refuses to listen to her anymore. To end Aditya's and Sanjana's love triangle, Shanaya hatches a plan by befriending Sanjana in order to poison her and Aditya gets the feeling that somebody has done something wrong. At a movie premiere, Shanaya makes something known that was secret or unknown before she actually hid the poison in the Chocolate basket she provided to Sanjana earlier. In the bathroom, Sanjana is attacked by a swarm of Cockroaches that causes her to strip and run back to the party, thus getting her nudity exposed by the paparazzi and the people there. The public wrongly believes this to be a deliberate publicity stunt of hers, causing her career to be on the verge of being ruined. Aditya takes her to a hospital and discovers that Shanaya was behind it. In a rage, Aditya visits Shanaya's house and damages her possessions, taking away the last bit of the poisonous water.

Agitated, Shanaya seeks Tara Dutt's helping her, he wanted to kill Sanjana once and for all. Tara Dutt tells Shanaya to save her life in God's hands and that to fight God he will need her life force. He tells Shanaya that she has to have sex with him to enable Tara to become powerful enough to fight God, to which Shanaya agrees.

At the hospital, Shanaya takes help doctor and a priest, Aditya goes into the spirit world to fight Tara Dutt. A big fight ensues and Aditya defeats Tara Dutt, rescuing Sanjana's soul in the process. Back in the real world, Sanjana suffers physical and mental damage as a result of the fight between Tara Dutt and Aditya and attempts to kill Aditya and Sanjana, only to meet failure. Aditya protects Sanjana from the win a game against Shanaya, vows that she will forever remain a star, and commits suicide by pouring acid on her head, causing her skin to melt to death. Later, the media puts Sanjana off the hook as they conclude her 'publicity stunt' was a result of a worried or afraid breakdown she had due to stress.

The film ends with the moral that our love for others matters more than our love for used when the people who do an action are also affected by it. The original choice for the female lead of the film was a big celebrity, Jacqueline Fernandez. Still, she later dropped out due to not wanting to start or create an organization herself as a Bollywood sex symbol, as she was uncomfortable with a scene where cockroaches attack her and she had to be topless in front of 300 and more people. Fernandez was later changed with Jannat 2 debutant, Esha Gupta. The big celebrity Bipasha Basu will be playing the role of an actress who is a "prisoner of fame". Actor Dino Morea and actress Kangana Ranaut, who were a part of Raaz and Raaz – The Mystery Continues something that was mentioned are not a part of the film. Big Celebrity Emraan Hashmi will be playing the male lead.

The film began shooting on 29 January 2012, director Vikram Bhatt explained how confident he was that the film should be completed sometime in the Summer time of 2012 and that Raaz 3 movie is amongst his most important films.

The Raaz 3 movie trailer was originally scheduled to be attached with the prints of Rohit Shetty's Bol Bachchan on 6 July 2012. However, it was delayed maximum times due to censorship. The theatrical trailer was officially launched on 30 July 2012 for the media, as confirmed by big actress Bipasha Basu. Despite being widely speculated that it would be released to the public also, this was proven wrong. Later, the theatrical trailer was unveiled to the public as it was released online a day later on 31 July 2012. The theatrical trailer will also be in theaters on 3 August 2012 with Pooja Bhatt's Jism 2 movie, as they are both under the Vishesh Films banner.

Raaz 3 was promoted on the Sony TV channel show C.I.D. big celebrities Bipasha Basu and Esha Gupta promoted the film by making an appearance on a special episode of CID, which aired on 2 September 2012.

Although the film was originally planned to release date on 31 August 2012 alongside Barfi! and Joker, it was later delayed to ignore clashing with any other big film. Raaz 3 was banned for release in the United Arab Emirates, although is being kept under review for the adult content included in the film.

Raaz 3 was released date in India and overseas on 7 September 2012. Raaz 3 movie is India's second-ever 3D horror movie. The movie was released in stereoscopic 3D, Imax 3D, and 3D worldwide. There are more 3D prints of the movie than its 2D version. Raaz 3 is the biggest release for an Emraan Hashmi film as it was released on over 2000 screens in India, including in its 3D format. This movie is Emraan Hashmi's first ever 3D movie. The movie received an Adult Certificate from the Censor Board of India without any cuts.

Aashiqui 2 is a 2013 Indian Hindi-language romantic musical drama film directed by Mohit Suri and made by Mukesh Bhatt, Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar under the Vishesh Films and T-Series Films, with Mahesh Bhatt serving as presenter. A feelings or emotions successor to the 1990 musical film Aashiqui.

Set in the early 2010s, Aashiqui 2 centers on a particular romantic relationship between a failing singer, Rahul Jaykar, and his famous , aspiring singer Aarohi Keshav Shirke,which is not natural due to Rahul's issues with alcohol abuse and temperament. There were initially more than concerns in the Indian media that it could not live up to the high standards and success of the original. Meanwhile, Rahul recovers from his health and again starts the search for Aarohi. He learns that Aarohi is working in a bar again and that Vivek had ignored her calls without talking to Rahul. Rahul Aarohi says sorry and fires Vivek, and they meet with Saigal for the recording agreement. Rahul begins to train Aarohi, who signs a music contract to sing in films and becomes a popular playback singer. Her family and go well until Rahul's addiction worsens, causing him to become argumentative and violent.Rahul is happy, but when people begin to get information that Rahul is.using her as a servant, he improve into alcohol addiction Aarohi, who loves Rahul more than her career, comforts him and they end up making love. Despite bar singer Aarohi's mother Subhadra's disapproval, Aarohi moves in with Rahul and things.

Aarohi attempts to rehabilitate Rahul, important or valuable to her singing career in doing so. After Saigal reminds somebody about their dream of Aarohi becoming a successful singer, Rahul orders her to focus on her work.

During Aarohi's stage show, Rahul meets Kunal Basu, a journalist, backstage, where Kunal accuses him of using Aarohi to feel happy and money. He was furious , and Rahul beat up Kunal and started drinking. He goes to jail, and Aarohi comes to bail him out. Rahul is speaking to somebody else and not to you. Aarohi tells Saigal that she is going to leave her career for him and is ready to give up her celebrity status because Rahul is very important to her.

Rahul understands that he has become difficult to carry in her life, and that leaving her is his only one option to save her. The next day, he bids her farewell by promise her that he will change his lifestyle, but little is she aware that he actually intends to suicide, which he does by jumping off a bridge.

His death pains a number of people, including Saigal, who was otherwise do something , just like Rahul, Aarohi moving in front of somebody in her career.
