It wasn't long until Farrin and Lloyd's relationship began developing further and further. Farrin was ecstatic that her friends finally approved of her partner, she hadn't realized how much she wanted that.
All things considered, their relationship moved far slower than any of Farrin's previous relationships. Lloyd came over to help around the home every few days, they went on a date once or twice a week, and hung out with their friends and the children more often than spending time alone. It was different and new... Farrin enjoyed spending so much joint time together and seeing the budding friendships between everyone.

Slowly but surely, as Lloyd comes around more and their lives become more intertwined, Farrin and Cassius' lives begin to turn around. While the dust and dirt is still very prevalent, they've turned it into their own pet dust bunnies and filth fiend!
During one of their hangouts, Lloyd and Farrin had a heart-to-heart, where they admitted their developing feelings for each other. Farrin, never one to go slow, was quick to ask for a kiss (that quickly turned into more).

You always felt that you were different. While the rest of your family was busy messing around in the lab, you just wanted to be outside playing basketball. You’re very good at sports and you dream of becoming a professional athlete. To make up for your nonexistent relationship with your parents you want to be there for your own children as much as possible. Oh, and you love to sing.

As Cassius grew older their lives began to settle, somewhat. Farrin worked and cared for Cassius, her friends came over to help all the time, especially Lloyd, who was always over tidying the apartment and helping with little things.
Farrin had to admit that she struggled keeping her home tidy. She often found herself overwhelmed by the amount of dirt and grime that had built up over the few years they had lived in the apartment. With no hired help to keep the place clean she found herself unsure of what to do... not that she minded all that much anyways. The dirt was comforting, in a way. And Cassius never seemed to mind either.

Lloyd was quickly incorporated into the fold, Farrin's mighty five eagerly inviting her to join their weekly movie nights. Lloyd came around more and more as time passed, quickly going from Lloyd to Uncle Lloyd to Cassius. Eventually Uncle Lloyd became Auntie Lloyd, as Lloyd began experimenting with their gender and questioning their identity.
Farrin and their group were very supportive. Farrin was especially excited to help Lloyd explore and become more comfortable with themselves!

As Farrin begins her new life as an officially single mother she settles into a routine. Get up, care for baby, go to work, come home, care for baby, go to bed, repeat.
Soon she finds herself aching for some sort of change. She books a fitness retreat; a family friendly one that allows her to bring Cassius along. Cassius seems to enjoy working out with his mother, resting against her back as she jogs, lifts weights, and finally starts to feel like herself again.
While at the retreat Farrin runs into an old friend, someone she hadn't spoken to since high school, Lloyd Caliente. Shortly after they had begun chatting and spending more time together, Lloyd invited Farrin out for coffee together.

As time passed and Cassius grew older, Farrin and Agora's relationship began to spiral. Agora was spending less and less time at home, while Farrin was becoming lonelier and lonelier.
That is, until Farrin saw Agora sneaking into the neighbours house; only to hear the tell-tale signs of Agora cheating. Farrin was shocked (and yet disappointed that she even felt that way. Agora had cheated on her husband with her, why would she settle for Farrin?). It wasn't long after that that they broke up.
Agora left rather suddenly, despite everything. She left Cassius behind, leaving a signed note in the kitchen saying she wanted nothing to do with the child. Farrin was heartbroken for Cassius, and resolved to never let Agora near him again (if she ever showed up, that is).

It wasn't long after the birth of her son, that Farrin's mother passed away. The night it happened Farrin dreamt of her mother. She told her how proud she was. How she was sorry they never understood each other better, but that Marigold hoped Farrin knew she was loved. They hugged before Marigold faded away with a soft I love you.
When Farrin woke the next morning there was an oddly shaped green diamond on the floor by her bed. Something about it was... familiar. And she knew, deep inside, before her sister called her that morning that her mother was gone.

When Cassius was born, Farrin couldn't be more excited. The small boy was perfect. Small and sweet and he meant everything to the young, new mother.
On the other hand, Agora was not so enthusiastic about the child. As Farrin devoted more time to caring for their son [Farrin adopted him as soon as she could. The birth father waived parental rights rather quickly] Agora began to drift away. Their relationship had changed, and not in a way that Agora enjoyed. She began leaving the house more often, leaving Farrin to balance the new baby and her job essentially alone.

Farrin loved living with Agora. The pair mesh well, and their interests align in a way Farrin had never experienced before. She ignored her friends objections to Agora, believing them to just be worried over how their relationship began.
It wasn't long into their engagement, however, that Agora discovered that she was pregnant. With her newly divorced husbands baby.
Farrin was shocked, but excited to be a mother, even if the circumstances are unexpected. She's doing well in her career as an athlete, and that alongside the money her mother gave her to start her life means she can easily and comfortably provide for Agora and the child. [She wanted to prove to herself that she could be a better parent than her own. That she could be supportive and dedicated to her child, not just her visions for their future]

As Agora went through the process of divorcing her husband, Farrin moved out. She invited Agora to join her in Evergreen Harbor. It would be a fresh start, together.
To start off there life together, and not long after moving in together, Farrin proposed. Agora said yes, and Farrin couldn't have been more excited. Things were finally going her way.

After a couple months of dating, [Farrin liked to think she'd learned to slow down, at least a bit] Farrin invited Agora over to spend the night.
The pair made good use of the double bed all night- but in the morning they were rudely awoken by Farrin's long-time household maid. Turns out, Agora was married; and her husband was the man who cleaned Farrin's childhood home!
Farrin watched a divorce happen right then and there. She couldnt find it in herself to be too upset, though, he sounded like a real piece of work, and her and Agora were in love! [how naive...]

It wasn't long after the con that Farrin and Agora were planning dates. Farrin fell hard and fast. Agora was the same. They went to the movies, for dinner, even bowling!
Farrin was having the time of her life with Agora.

It wasn't too much longer that Farrin graduated high-school, with honors. Farrin jumped right into working, quitting her streaming in order to focus on her athletic career.
As a way to celebrate their recent graduation, her friends surprised her with a group trip. They got tickets to a convention! Farrin was so excited, and the group of 5 decided to dress as their voidcritter mains for the con. It was at the con that Farrin met Agora. She was the most beautiful girl she'd ever seen! Immediately Farrin was crushing hard.
They traded numbers, took a few flirty selfies, and left the con separately.

Marigold reconnected with Nyon Spectre, her old flame from high-school. The spark had died, many years ago, but they were still friends. After so long with minimal contact- not for any particular reason other than not making time for each other- they fell back into a rhythm rather easily. They even traded friendship bracelets! Such a silly, whimsical thing for a grown pair to do, and yet, it helped settle something in Marigold, her grief being let go of, one moment at a time.
Marigold was Sim-of-Honour at Felicia's wedding, and shortly after welcomed her first grandchild, Charity. Farrin moved out, and Marigold felt conflicted. She hoped the distance might ease some of the tension between them, but she couldn't dent the relief at the lack of arguments and awkwardness and tension in the house with Farrin off on her own.

After being newly-single, Things began looking up. Farrin became a streamer, enjoying sharing her gaming with the few listeners that popped in. She was also asked to be the flower-pal for Felicia's wedding. She was so excited and honoured to be asked.
At the wedding, though, tragedy struck. Two of her young cousins, Chase and Yosef, went outside during the ceremony, and froze!
Farrin tried to plead for her cousins, hoping that perhaps her previous altercation with death would help her case, but to no avail. Farrin's gloom from this event was only slightly shifted with the birth of her niece; Charity.
