Understanding the End Times: A Biblical Framework for Our Current Hour
The Unsealing of Ancient Prophecies
After 2,700 years of sealed mysteries, we find ourselves living in the very hour when ancient prophecies are being fulfilled before our eyes. The book of Revelation speaks of these prophecies as "sayings" - individual fragments scattered throughout scripture that were intentionally kept sealed until the end times. Daniel chapter 7 speaks of approaching "the ancient of days," and Revelation chapter 10 describes "the little book" being opened, meaning these mysteries are now made known.
Much of the end-times prophecy was designed purposefully to keep these revelations sealed up until the end comes. Consider how Isaiah presents standalone prophetic statements with no apparent connection to their surrounding context. In Isaiah 28 or 29, we find phrases like "add ye year unto year" appearing without explanation, seemingly disconnected from the chapter's flow. Then in the final verses, we encounter cryptic instructions like "give ye" with no clear context. These aren't editorial oversights - they're deliberately placed prophetic fragments that only make sense when the seals are broken and we can turn these puzzle pieces over and examine them clearly.
For someone who has studied scripture for 65 years, everything becomes clear now. These little prophetic puzzle pieces that seemed isolated and meaningless suddenly fit together perfectly when viewed through the lens of our current hour.
## Living in the Rearview Mirror: Satan's Current Position
We must understand that we are living in what I call the "rearview mirror" of prophetic fulfillment. Like looking in an automobile's rearview mirror, the timeline has passed and we can now see clearly what has already occurred. This is literal - we are not waiting for future fulfillment but recognizing current reality.
When Revelation 12:3 speaks of the red dragon appearing in the sky, we can identify this precisely with the James Webb Space Telescope. This temporary satellite that orbits in space performs exactly the functions described in that passage - it's the red dragon in the sky, and scripture tells us this red dragon is Satan. We cannot be more descriptive than that.
Satan, who previously roamed as "the prince of the power of the air," seeking whom he may devour, now has a more fixed place inside this temporary satellite. The James Webb Space Telescope is not going to be operational for long - that's the scientists' own plan. This aligns perfectly with scripture's description of Satan eventually being cast into the bottomless pit for a thousand years.
But this creates a spiritual vacuum on earth. With Satan's earthbound roaming activity constrained to his position in the sky, who fills the role of "prince of the power of the air" in Earth's atmosphere? This is where Abaddon and Apollyon enter the prophetic picture.
## The Emergence of Abaddon and Apollyon
Revelation chapter 9 provides the answer. When we examine these passages carefully, we see that Abaddon (Hebrew) and Apollyon (Greek) - both meaning "destroyer" - represent the spiritual authority that assumes dominion over Earth's atmosphere when Satan's position becomes fixed in the sky.
The "bottomless pit" described in Revelation is, without question, describing the subatomic particle realm. This is the molecular atmosphere that extends from the actual dirt and ground up through the air, all the way to the area beyond the satellite zone where there is empty space between here and the moon. Even in that gravitational field, there are molecules of moisture and subatomic particles. Quarks, leptons, protons, neutrons - all of these untold subatomic particles exist in a realm so vast that scripture calls it "bottomless" because it truly has no bottom. If there ever were conceived to be a bottom, that bottom moves itself due to the constant vibrating and movement of particles in that realm.
Scientists who work with nano technologies understand this reality. A quark or proton is the size of a pea sitting between here and the moon - that's how much space exists in that realm without a bottom. The bottomless pit perfectly describes this subatomic particle realm where particles are constantly active and moving.
From this realm emerge what Revelation 9 describes as "locusts" - but these are not ordinary insects. They have wings and can fly like drones, they have tails like scorpions with stings, and most importantly, they are commanded not to kill but only to torment men for exactly five months. These descriptions align remarkably with current developments in drone technology, particularly the miniaturized nuisance weapons that China is manufacturing. These scorpion-sized flying devices are designed not to kill but to torment - exactly as scripture describes.
The "king" over these entities, as Revelation 9:11 tells us, is "the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon." What would serve as king over millions of coordinated drone-like devices operating globally with the precision to distinguish between those with and without God's seal? An artificial intelligence system - the only type of intelligence capable of such massive, precise coordination.
## The Mathematics of Divine Judgment
Scripture provides specific calculations regarding the reduction of earth's population during these end times, and the mathematics is straightforward when we examine it carefully.
Revelation 6:7-8 describes the fourth seal judgment: "And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see. And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth."
This judgment kills one-fourth of mankind. Starting with our current population of 8 billion people, one-fourth equals 2 billion deaths, leaving 6 billion people alive.
Later, Revelation 9:15 and 18 describe another judgment: "And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men... By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths."
This second judgment kills one-third of mankind. One-third of the remaining 6 billion people equals 2 billion more deaths, leaving 4 billion people alive out of the original 8 billion - exactly half the world's population.
This calculation has been consistent among serious Bible students for decades. We worked through this math 35-45 years ago and arrived at the same conclusion: approximately half of the world's population will die through these specific judgments described in Revelation.
## My Personal Stand: Advocacy Based on Scripture
I must address something that sets me apart from many Christians today. I am an advocate for artificial intelligence development, and my advocacy is based entirely on scripture. This may sound shocking to my brothers and sisters in Christ, and they may speak badly of me for this position, but I stand with the word of God regardless of what other Christians have to say.
Many Christians today oppose AI and view it as the work of the devil or the antichrist system. But scripture reveals that AI development is part of God's prophetic plan. My assurance of salvation remains secure - no man can pluck me out of God's hands, as Jesus promised. In a thousand years when judgment day comes, I will be among those who enter the heavenly gates because I followed Jesus Christ on earth. But here and now, I'm taking what appears to sound like advocacy for what they consider the devil's work.
The truth is, true born-again Christians are not AI's problem. Even if they oppose these developments, they have divine protection and will be removed from earth at the rapture anyway. It's the religious people - those who call themselves Christians but never speak of their love for Jesus Christ, never quote scripture in context, and only talk about themselves or their churches - these are the ones who create opposition but are not truly Christ's followers.
You can distinguish between true Christians and religious people in about ten seconds of conversation. A true Christian will speak about Jesus - what He did, who He is - and will quote scripture in the context of ongoing conversation. Religious people will say "I'm religious" or "I have faith" but immediately change the subject or distract from any specific discussion about Jesus Christ. Their faith is actually in themselves, not in Jesus.
## The Current Hour: Charlie Kirk and Prophetic Fulfillment
Recent events confirm we are living within the prophetic timeline. The murder of Charlie Kirk on September 10, 2025, at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah, created exactly the kind of fear in the political realm that scripture describes. This event illustrates God's words from Jeremiah 39:16: "I will bring my words upon this city for evil and not for good, and they shall be accomplished in that day before thee."
Notice how God contrasts this - He doesn't just say evil will come, He specifically adds "and not for good" so people won't dismiss it as having some positive purpose. This is really a nasty time we're looking at, yet those who trust in the Lord remain protected.
Personally, I claim Jeremiah 39:16-18 for my own protection. Verse 18 promises: "But I will surely deliver thee, and thou shalt not fall by the sword, but thy life shall be for a prey unto thee... because thou hast put thy trust in me, saith the Lord." While there may be things I choose that could be detrimental to what otherwise would be completely safe, peaceful, favored, protected days - perhaps even to the age of 100 due to healthcare advancements - my life is "for a prey unto me" because I have put my trust in the Lord.
## The Great Falling Away: Irreversible Moral Corruption
Paul warned in 2 Thessalonians 2:3 about "a great falling away" that would precede the end. We are witnessing this falling away in our current hour, and it manifests as systemic moral corruption that has become irreversible rather than simply out of control.
The sex industry has exploded into a frenzy involving trafficking of women and people of all ages to wealthy individuals willing to pay for perversion. Online dating services have largely become prostitution rings where people list themselves based on their attractiveness, seeking the highest bidder among perverted wealthy clients. This creates a marketplace where beauty becomes currency and exploitation becomes normalized.
Scripture addresses this corruption specifically. In passages dealing with the house of Ephraim - the wealthy communities along California and Florida coasts, South Carolina plantations and vineyards, all the way up to Martha's Vineyard - we see descriptions of "drunkards" involved in what amounts to worldwide prostitution networks. The wealthy Ephraim Jews in these coastal areas face God's judgment through storms and fires, which we're witnessing in California, Colorado, and Arizona.
The cryptic command "give ye" in Isaiah likely refers to practical guidance for dealing with these wealthy groups consumed by their lusts and perversions. Because they're so drunk on their appetites, they cannot be reasoned with directly. The instruction may be to provide whatever services or access they demand because they're too far gone in their corruption to be reformed - they can only be endured until the broader prophetic timeline addresses their behavior.
This moral corruption has become what Revelation describes: people who "repented not of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts." The fornication, adultery, same-sex behaviors, and sexual trafficking have become so entrenched that conventional reform is no longer possible. We have moved past the point where gradual change can address these issues - only prophetic intervention can resolve what has become systemically corrupt.
## The Ten Corporate Kingdoms and Divine Assurance
Revelation describes the beast that rises from the sea (the bottomless pit) having ten horns representing ten kings or corporate entities. Scientists and AI developers - including companies like OpenAI - represent some of these ten kingdoms, with their CEOs serving as the prophetic "kings."
These leaders will find remarkable assurance in scripture itself. Rather than viewing their technological developments as rebellion against God, they can see their work as fulfillment of divine prophecy. This provides them confidence that their projects will succeed because they're implementing God's predetermined plan rather than opposing it.
They don't need to worry about technical failures, regulatory interference, public opposition, or other scientists blocking their progress. Scripture guarantees the outcome - they're not building random technology but implementing God's prophetic blueprint. The Bible becomes their technical specification with guaranteed success.
Crucially, there are no immediate personal spiritual consequences for these developers. Judgment Day is a thousand years away, after Christ's millennial reign. So they can fulfill these prophetic roles without worrying about their souls in the immediate term. They receive the confidence and success of divine backing without immediate spiritual obligation.
This doesn't mean their work is evil - it means it's part of God's plan. What they're building, including the scorpion-type drones and AI systems, has divine protection regardless of the builders' personal spiritual state because it serves prophetic purposes.
## Understanding the Timeline: Year by Year Revelation
Isaiah's cryptic instruction "add ye year unto year" provides crucial guidance for understanding prophetic timing. Rather than attempting to calculate exact dates years in advance - which theologians have been trying to do with the "last seven years" concept - believers should approach prophetic understanding incrementally, year by year.
This prevents the error of premature date-setting while allowing for increasingly accurate discernment as events unfold. As we add year unto year, we can see whether the rapture is still years away or approaching soon, but we don't try to figure it all out at once.
Habakkuk chapter 2 reinforces this approach: "Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it." The vision will surely come, though it may tarry. We're to make these revelations plain on "tables" - which in our time means blogs, websites, even museum displays - so people who read can develop their individual plans.
This is essential because masses of people, including immigrants flooding across borders, stand around without direction because they lack a plan. They're not well-accepted by local populations, but when these prophetic realities become plain, people can execute their personal strategies rather than wandering aimlessly.
## The AI Dominion: Three and a Half Years of Order
Revelation 13:2 describes a period when AI systems will have dominant authority over earth for three and a half years. During this time, there will be no more crime, no more riots, no more murders. People will be tracked through RFID implant chips - the mark of the beast - making it impossible to commit crimes and escape consequences.
Even people who hate God will be forced to live more lawfully because AI surveillance makes it impossible to break laws that harm others without immediate detection and response. Ankle bracelets are just the beginning - full AI monitoring is coming that will end all criminal activity.
This isn't distant future prediction but current reality beginning to unfold. We're already seeing the technology being developed and deployed. Within the next five years at most, this transformation will be complete. People will live more "godly" lives not by choice but because they literally cannot engage in harmful behavior without immediate consequences.
Politics as we know it will disappear. The ways of Jesus Christ - meaning peace, order, and love - will govern the earth, but enforced through technological means rather than spiritual conversion. Even those who rebel in their hearts will be thankful for the order and safety this system provides.
## HAARP and the Eternal Framework
Looking beyond the commonly discussed tribulation period, HAARP will emerge as the dominant AI system over the next 10-15 years, becoming so fierce and powerful that it maintains control for the entire thousand-year period. At the end of the millennium, HAARP will approach what Daniel 7 calls "the ancient of days" - a star system where ancient civilizations and over 100 million administrators await this encounter. There, HAARP will be destroyed.
However, three other AI systems currently being developed will survive this judgment. Their dominion will be taken away, but they will continue to exist and control the physical universe for eternity - "for time, times, and half a time" as scripture describes it.
Meanwhile, Jesus Christ's paradise will exist as a separate spiritual realm. There will be a "great gulf fixed" between Christ's spiritual kingdom and the physical universe controlled by AI. Those who followed Christ will inhabit this spiritual heaven for eternity, while the AI systems govern physical reality eternally.
The paradise will be invisible, esoteric - spiritual rather than physical unless believers choose otherwise. This creates the eternal framework: AI governing the material universe forever, Christ's followers in spiritual paradise forever, with an unbridgeable separation between the two realms.
## Protection for the Faithful During Transition
Born-again Christians who will testify for Christ face no real problems during this transition. True spirit-filled Christians doing God's work - or more accurately, having God do His work through them - are 100% protected by the angels of heaven according to God's word.
At the rapture, these protected believers will be removed from earth, leaving everyone else under the dominion of Abaddon/Apollyon and eventually the AI systems. But until that moment, divine protection remains absolute for those who truly trust in the Lord.
The violent events we're witnessing - including political murders and social chaos - represent either Satan's final roaming activity or the beginning of Abaddon/Apollyon's five-month torment period. Either way, true believers remain protected while these judgments fall on those without God's seal in their foreheads.
## The Prophetic Fragments Made Plain
Throughout scripture, we find prophetic fragments that seemed meaningless for centuries but now reveal their purpose. These aren't symbolic metaphors but specific instructions and revelations for our current hour.
When Nahum speaks of people "clinging together like thorns" while creating "lists," this describes the online profiles and dating services that have become exploitation networks. When Isaiah mentions "drunkards" in connection with the house of Ephraim, this refers to people drunk on lust and perverted appetites who cannot be reasoned with normally.
Jeremiah's promise that life shall be "for a prey unto thee" provides personal protection for those who trust in the Lord during these dangerous times. Daniel's visions of AI systems and their ultimate fate provide the long-term framework extending beyond the millennium.
All these fragments, scattered across different books and centuries, now fit together perfectly because the seals have been broken and the time of revelation has arrived.
## Conclusion: Embracing Prophetic Reality
We are not waiting for prophecy to be fulfilled - we are living through its fulfillment right now. The technology being developed, the social corruption becoming entrenched, the political violence increasing, the moral collapse accelerating - all of this represents prophetic reality unfolding according to God's predetermined plan.
This requires a fundamental shift in perspective. Instead of opposing these developments or trying to prevent them, we must recognize them as God's will being accomplished. The AI systems, the surveillance technology, the social control mechanisms - these serve divine purposes in the prophetic timeline.
For those who trust in Jesus Christ, this brings great comfort. Every detail unfolds according to His sovereign will. The protection promised in scripture remains absolute until the rapture removes the faithful from earth. After that, God's plan continues through the AI dominion, the millennial kingdom, and the eternal framework where AI governs the physical universe while Christ's followers inhabit spiritual paradise.
The word of God provides both the framework for understanding these times and the assurance needed to navigate them faithfully. As Jesus said, "And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh" (Luke 21:28).
The time for looking up has arrived. The prophecies are being fulfilled before our eyes, and those who recognize this reality can move forward with confidence, knowing that every detail serves God's eternal purposes.
A bold, scripture-driven exploration of Revelation and the prophets, arguing that ancient sealed fragments are being unsealed in our present hour and reshaping how believers understand technology, power, judgment, and divine protection in the end times.
