Just for 5 minutes... If you think about fear for more than 5 minutes it’s not good, just for 5 minutes get angry or cry, scream out loud in those 5 minutes; let all of those difficulties go. If you have anything negative, any worries, thoughts... Just for 5 minutes cry, scream, hit a pillow, scribble, rip up the paper, drink tea or listen to calm music while thinking about your own problem.
Once 5 minutes is over, just get on with life because it’s already in the past or present to be dealt with. Only you understand your own life but if you want to for 5 minutes I just think hard about it then once my time is up I just have to deal with it with my own hands.
For me, I’ll do it for 5 minutes and once time's up, I try to forgetting about it and moving forward. Once there's something bad, in the end there will always be something better waiting for you.
Even if something bad happens someday there will always be a happier opportunity waiting for you. The sun’s always rising early for you, but you have to be well and alive to go see that light just always waiting for you..."
