@raphaeldarkness
Uriel gave him such a bewildered expression that he even felt he was getting older by it. "I have never of something as ridiculous as that. They really believed that?"
"They did." Raphael smiled. "You should thank them for that because that was the only way I found out that you were telling the truth about your last letters that you sent." He still had not read them. "Do you want me to read them?"
Muriel: When would you be free?
Raf: This Saturday.
Rafa had very strong points. "I wonder why they kept it hidden. They could have simply burn it if they didn't want you to read it." Uriel shrugged.
"They thought it was cursed so burning it would spread whatever spell you may had put on them." Raphael smiled. "I never understood why they hate you so much."
Muriel: Want to practice again?
Raf: I would love that.
Muriel: I'm doing well. Have you been training?
Raf: Not much. I have been busy.
"Well...he asked me to keep our relationship secret. When my parents through he was teaching me, they tried to kill him. "Uriel revealed. "I always had the feeling that your parents may read your letters and I know they didn't like him either so I always kept him out of it."
"They did?" Raphael knew of the man. He had spoken to him a handful of times. It was obvious many didn't like him for who he was, a hunter; he would not be surprised if his own parents tried to kill him too. "Wouldn't had matter. They didn't like your letters and kept them hidden."
"I'm glad. It would be awkward to be the only one eating. "Raphael said with a smile. "When did you learn how to cook? I...I'm not the best cook." He said. It was funny. He was good at making vials, but cooking? No really. He was good at baking however.
"My master." Uriel responded right away. "He is the reason I am who am now. I don't think I would figure it out." He really wouldn't have. He was not really something that existed to his parents despite of having a bit of both. "And you of course." He winked.
Rafa blushed at the last part, but he tried not to show it by putting his hands on his face. "Hm...you never told me about them, not even in your letters."
Muriel to Rafa
Muriel: Hey Raf. How are you?
Raf: I'm alright, you?
"I am." He said and pulled out a lemonade jar. He loved anything sour. "I would not let you eat by yourself and of course I am very hungry." He said.
"I'm glad. It would be awkward to be the only one eating. "Raphael said with a smile. "When did you learn how to cook? I...I'm not the best cook." He said. It was funny. He was good at making vials, but cooking? No really. He was good at baking however.
"You are. You are just too easy to tease sometimes." Uriel chuckled. "Now what will you drink?" He asked again as he went to the fridge. "I have lemonade and orange juice?"
Rafa pouted. He was not in the high ground this time and he didn't like it. "Lemonade is fine. Are you going to eat as well?" He asked him.
"And that's why I'm doing it now so you can be nice to me." Uriel winked at him. It was almost done too. "What would you like to drink?" Uriel said.
Rafa grabbed the nearest towel and threw it at him without thinking twice. He then blushed once he realized what he just did. "I'm always nice to you."
"I did." Uriel said with a smile. "And I always made sure it was warm. You deserved hot food, not cold soups like you got all the time." Uriel said.
That made him smile, it reminded him how long he had felt this way about Uriel. It was not that he was kind, it was that he always made him feel special, one of a kind but in a good way not like the failure his parents thought that he was. "I always appreciated that."
"I am not. I'll wear it for you one day just so you could see it." Uriel said and then took a spoon and showed him. "Fried rice, your favorite. You loved it when mom made it this way."
Rafa just rolled his eyes, but his annoyance didn't stay for long as Uriel revived a memory, a good memory. "I remember. You would bring it to my room because of how much I liked it."
Uriel turned around to see exactly what he looked like and that expose abdomen was indeed sinful...especially the treasure trail. "I think it looks better on you than it looks better than me."
Raphael's eyebrows went up. "You are being delusional." He said and finally allowed the scent enamored him. "What are you making?" He asked.
Uriel smiled as he heard Raphael finish. Most of all, he was paying attention to his heartbeat. He wanted to know when, if ever, Rafa had met something that caused his distress. He care for him more than anybody else. "Food is almost done!"
Rafa stayed silent. Instead he just brushed his wet hair with his fingers before appearing on Uriel's sight. "I hope you don't mind me using your shirt as a crop top."
