Visited an SOS Children's Village today in Rawalpindi. An amazing project for orphans and children without a guardian. They've built family homes inside the complex. Each home has a kitchen a bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and a living/dining area. They divide the children into families and each family of 7 or 8 children lives with a "mother" who feeds them, gets them ready for school, and takes care of them. Children go to school within the complex. They also have 2 vocational schools. They take children as young as newborns.
