Oh, and something I mentioned about Esbek, but that I want to dedicate its own post to: the other citizens.

After all, 20 people does not a town make. So, the fans, chatters, and mods make up the other citizens! Now, this doesn’t necessarily mean human either. There are plenty of creatures in town who people treat as people. So, feel free to place yourself somewhere in town, attached to your main POV or adding your own thing in some way.

Soo if fish gaming wednesday is canon to welcome to esbek I propose this. What if the guests were people that, one way or another, found out about esbek and about the fishing tradition, and then they all went "oh yea that seems fun!! Lets go on vacation to fish :)" but then got trapped in the town because. its esbek.

Well, I’m sure that’s how some people found it! But others came through visiting friends, or seeing what else the town had to offer, or even just stopping on the way through to somewhere else.

They did in fact get trapped though. Esbek quite likes newcomers. And this town has plenty of ways to pull people in.
