In the world of ROTG it's possible that there are other character/spirits that govern under the care of the Guardians, and Mother nature. An example is the mentioning of the Ground-Hog, and Leprechaun. So I've concluded that there is a universe in ROTG that has these characters,and there is possibility of more. This is just one of them.
ROTG UNIVERSE CHARACTER/OC - Wind
Wind was created when the Earth was made. The reason to this is because there needed something to be there. Something to guide the course of life.  The thing that would push something when it couldn't move forward anymore or to move the trees seeds and push the clouds (Rain). They say the wind is the same, there’s never new wind, or old wind. What you don’t know is that the wind is really a girl, who’s been around for longer than even time can remember.
Her movements and motions what causes what humans call “wind”. Even the turn of her head sends a pulse of air around the area. It’s noted that her hair cannot be touched; fore it’s made of air, as well as her dress and body. Not even spirits can touch her. They may place their hand on her, but they won’t feel a thing ( which is why she tends to not get noticed and bumped around often by the guardians, other nature spirits and other.). This characteristic doesn't bother her, but the curiosity of being hugged, or held tends to leave her in wonder trying to find ways to get a hint of that feeling. Wind is not believed by humans, for her existence is not considered besides the personifications of her.
Wind’s takes to the job of assisting other spirits. From blowing the leaves off the trees during fall, to even having to carry Jack Frost “home” ( which she loathes…Why can’t he just stay put in a different city a bit rather than going to his “Home?” She’s relatively busy majority of the time.) She tries to work outside of Mother Nature’s control, but she can’t really escape that grip on her. Wind seems to be as busy as the Tooth fairy, because there has to be wind blowing somewhere in the world.
 Her moments are fluid, and flowing, (think ballet dancer and a ribbon flowing), yet swift which makes it easier for her to move across the world as she blows her air across the lands and sea. Wind seems to be rather mysterious, yet elegant. She has odd quirks to her, probably because she tries to entertain herself. Despite her rather large detest for him, her mischievous personality ties into Jack Frost’s, helping him fool around. She enjoys messing up human’s hair when it’s nicely done. Just more entertainment for her. Rain seems to interest her, as she tends to hover around him like a puppy.
Appearance wise, wind has no exact look to her, thus the numerous ideas humans had of her. But the look of being a teenage girl around the age of 15~17 seems to be her signature look. Not knowing her age because time is irrelevant to her, Wind says she’s older than time it’s self. The dress she wears seems to be a fitted, yet baggy, adorned with ribbons, and markings representing flowing air. It’s rather long, and fades into the air as she moves, looking like it forms in the air, and trails. Her hair is very long, which helps her forms breezes. She had arm sleeves that are disconnected from her dress, that cause the light breezes as she floats by.Â
