hiii everyone (no one) i drew more mermaids!

these two are actually mermaids! all the previous times ive drawn mermaids they were au drawings. heres their story that i havent totally worked out yet because ive been too busy thinking about brett and charles (shocking)

SO! on april 19th i had a dream that created them! in the dream, tommie was at school, and suddenly the zombie apocalypse started. (havent figured out how yet- not totally relevant to the story so not sure if i will) so, the school was evacuated, and tommie and her family (mom, dad, brother, and sister) were driving away from the school. but they were driving too fast and drove off a bridge into the ocean! tommie was the only one that got out of the car and survived. she falls unconscious and wakes up as a mermaid! (after the dream, i decided its because vera did that thing mermaids do where she kisses her to take her place on land. but it didnt work and they both ended up mermaids!) vera is awful to her, but eventually they end up friends/lovers.

after i woke up, i decided that they used to be best friends (i ADORE a good childhood best friends to lovers- youll see it in like 90% of my stories), but vera killed herself (or tried to). so, shes missing in town, and tommie still has hope that shes alive. tommie has a huge crush on her (of course...), and totally idolizes vera, even tho shes not that great. so, when tommie wakes up and sees vera, shes excited. she finally found her best friend! but vera doesnt remember her! and, shes angry! shes angry that the switch didnt work. when she first became a mermaid, the switch worked, and she forgot all her memories. but, since it didnt work entirely on tommie, tommie remembers everything. (thats also why she has regular human ears- cuz it didnt completely work) anyway, vera is totally an asshole to tommie, but, eventually, (i havent totally worked this part out yet), tommie helps vera with something (ill update you when i figure out what), and the two (hesitantly) become friends again! and, eventually, lovers! because all of my stories are gay

that starfish belt is way too happy to be that close to bretts crotch. do mermaids have crotches? how do they have babies? how do fish have babies? do fish have crotches? whats the difference between a girl fish and a boy fish? or mermaid? im not going to look up fish sex online so i think ill just continue to wonder...

ANYWAYS! i didnt include his big ears on purpose... wouldve covered up charles's face :(. maybe theyre hidden in his hair or somwthing
