Started Recovery : December 2023

I had to start recovery because my body has been collapsing on me. I was never underweight (for more than 1-2 days once), but my back and hips and all my joints are failing on me.

Idk if it's 100% because of my ed, I think I have another condition too, but I know starving myself made it worse and progress way faster.

My back is still in agony, my joints and back still hurt, but at least I can eat some of my pain away now

Thing I've Done Since Starting Recovery

Stopped cal-counting

Stopped over-exercising

Had some yummy takeout

Drank on New Years comfortably

Went on 3 food-based dates

Bought new clothes I love
