Stelle can’t help but smile as well. She walked out of the clothing store with the older Ravenclaw. “I don’t have a date. Alone, as always.” she confessed.
“Well, could I try and find you a date then?” She asked, wrapping an arm around the other girl’s shoulders. “I bet I could find you a really lovely date.”

Louis hesitated before turning back around towards his sisters, his eyes on the ground. He hadn’t told his sisters about Amaya, but he was sure that by now they had a clear idea that he was in fact not in the library at this hour. That was more Calvin’s thing than his.
“I was…,” Louis took a deep breath and sighed. “I’m seeing someone.” He looked between them hoping that neither of them would start making fun of him or anything. “Why would I get in trouble? I haven’t seen anyone else doing their rounds except you two.”
Victoire looked at Dominique for a second before returning her attention back to Louis. When her brother told them he was seeing someone, she couldn’t help but be curious. Of course she wouldn’t ask him a million questions about it since it was his life, thus his privacy. “Oh really?”
Victoire paused for a second, giving him a warm smile. “I hope it’ll work out for you, Louis. Just make sure to be back in time, you don’t want to get in trouble.” She warned him. When he asked why he’d get in trouble, Victoire chuckled as she looked at her sister. “There are always professors walking through the hallways. Tonight it’s Professor Chater, isn’t it Dom?”
Dominique let out a small excited squeal at the mention of seeing someone before she quickly covered her mouth, trying to dampen down her excitement. After a few minutes she moved her hands away, nodding. “Yeah, that’s super cool, Louis. “ she paused. “I hope we get to meet her this summer. “ The middle sister wanted to ask more questions but she was trying to give him the privacy he wanted.
“Yeah, what Vic said, be careful about walking around so late. Other prefects aren’t so nice. “ At the mention of Chater, Dominique pretended to swoon, clutching her chest. “Yes, the gorgeous specimen that is Chater is on duty tonight. My heart aches. “

“…Its not quite the same thing. In writing, you can just change what your going to write. In composition, you cant change the part that your trying to put in without changing the entire piece.”
“You can’t always just change what you’e going to write, sometimes if you go to change it, you have to reword or rewrite the entire essay.”

“Thanks. I like it, too.” Stelle said, heading back into the change room. When she got out, she went over to the saleswoman to pay for the dress. “We should be heading back, now, then.”
Dom’s cheeks ached from smiling so much at how enthuastic and adorable Stelle was about this shopping. “Oh yes, let’s head out,” she agreed. “So any special date yet?”

Louis stepped closer coming out of the dark. It was a good thing to see his sisters talking again. “I was just saying goodnight-” Louis said, hesitating his next words. “Saying goodnight to the books. Professor Grace has some nice books in there.”
He wanted to hit himself for saying something so stupid. If anyone was the worst liar in their family it would be Louis. “I’ll see you two in the morning. Have a goodnight,” he said, turning on his heel and starting to go back the other way.
Victoire raised one eyebrow when Louis said he was saying goodnight to the books. It was a strange thing to say, even for him. She knew how much he enjoyed reading and spending time in the library, yet this seemed a bit too much, even for him.
She gave Dominique a weird look, telling her without words that she didn’t believe their brother’s story. However, she didn’t mention it until he was about to walk away. “Louis,” She called out. “Why are you still awake again?”
Dominique gave Louis an incredibly confused look, yes she knew their brother was a dork but she had never known him to be so introverted to where he would stay out past curfew to say goodnight to books. Hell, he wouldn’t even stay awake to say goodnight to Vic and Dom sometimes.
She gave her a sister a look that told Victoire that she agreed with her that Louis was lying to them. “Yeah, Lou, come back, “ she called. “We should walk you back so that you don’t get in trouble. “

“I’ll walk you back if you need me to,” Dare said, pressing his lips together. “Ezra doesn’t hate anybody and he wouldn’t like to think that you think that-” He said, stopping when he realized what she said. “That..will stay between us.”
“That might be best, I can’t afford another detention, my parents are already gonna be upset over the fight I got into. “ Dominique smiled sheepishly, a bit embarassed she had slipped up in front of Darealyst. “Thank you, sir.”

“Hmm, are they really?” Stelle admired the dress for a moment then went into one of the change rooms and tried it on. She walked back out and posed a little. “What do you think?”
Dominique waited outside for Stelle, humming to herself. When the younger girl came out, she let out a noise of excitement. “That is so perfect, Stelle! It looks so nice on you. “
Before I am your daughter, your sister, your aunt, niece, or cousin, I am my own person, and I will not set fire to myself to keep you warm.

It was past curfew and Louis was already rushing to get back to Ravenclaw tower. There hadn’t been any prefects that he had met in the corridor yet so he continued at his pace, not thinking that anyone would see him anytime soon. The night had gone late and that was only due to him being with Amaya that night. It had gone very well, he thought to himself recalling the night as he rounded a corner.
He saw two figures coming his way and started to turn in the opposite direction until he realized that it was his sisters. He looked again to make sure, not knowing the last time he saw his sisters talking to each other without fighting but actually smiling and laughing. When they noticed him he didn’t have any choice to step forward towards them. “Hey you two,” he said with a smile.
Victoire couldn’t remember the last time she and Dominique had had a conversation like this one. They were talking about mainly unimportant stuff, joking around with each other and teasing each other the way they used to do. It was everything she could’ve asked for. Everything and more even. “I caught them snogging in the common room and it was such a mess, believe me.” She continued as they walked through the hallways together.
It was then that she spotted a rather familiar face walking around the corner. She wondered what Louis was still doing out there since he had five minutes until curfew. It wasn’t a big deal for her and Dom since they could blame it on doing their ‘rounds’. “Mon petit frère, what are you doing here?” Victoire asked with a smile on her face when they got closer to Louis.
Dominique laughed with Victoire, shaking her head. However, at the sight of Louis walking towards them, she raised an eyebrow. “Yes, baby brother, what are you doing out here? “ she asked with a grin, crossing her arms across her chest. “Mister Not A Prefect.”
