The Aspiring Baker
Baking has been one of those on again, off again love of mine over the years. For a while, I never really though about making it into a career but its a passion that makes me excited again.
I told myself if Iâm going to make this jump, I am going to be as prepared as possible. So last November, I enrolled into a Pastry Arts program at International Culinary Center. Honestly, I never though I would actually enjoy waking up super early to wait for a NYC bus ANDÂ train in the middle of winter for class.Â
I though it would be fun to write about my experience on the wild world of tubler and find others who are in the mids of procuring their passions.Â
