Stressed the fuck out right now

So I had bracers in highschool which is fine and all but I had kind of a rough falling out with my parents after that and ended up moving away from them. problem is I never got the braces removed before I moved away and I haven't been able to afford to go to a dentist because living in america is so expensive. on top of all that the wire for the braces broke a while back and I had to pull them out, so now I'm just stuck with a bunch of metal in my face that I can't remove and it's driving me insane. is there any way I can deal with this without breaking my teeth or the bank?
