i am the biggest raybins shipper but, honestly, in my humble interpretation of tlw, stebbins is NOT that into garraty... like, perhaps he is a bit, PERHAPS, but garraty is way more into him. i have to confess, in most of their interactions, like when he asks if garraty has a 'touch of the lavender', i thought stebbins just seemed annoyed...

he KNOWS whats up with garraty, he also knows garraty is too chicken to understand that himself, i think stebbins is frustrated with him alot, and sort of bothered by garraty being so fixated on him.
