ah shit, it’s literally my fourth time entering the fandom let’s go

anyways, this is peache hanano. she’s supposed to be the daughter of another oc of mine, aprico and pinich (maybe that one? /shrug). shown above is a small timeline of peache, from about 5 i believe, 12, 14/15, and 23 (or a future timeline version of her)

ill put some info in the read more, but if you wanna know more about her and her family, let me know.

originally, she and her mother (who i will draw someday) are based off a character i made for fusions called anko, who literally owned my heart for a year or two. 

peache is half-saiyan yes, but i will admit that i planned that she’s one of the few that reside in the main timeline of dbz. she is supposed to be 3 years younger than gohan, which i found worked in the long run. 

alright, so her name is actually a pun! but it’s a bit weird, since the pun is supposed to be peach blossoms, it still kind of works in a way.

Since the zine’s out, I can post this to the world!! This is my piece for the Ties That Bind Us zine hosted by @destiny-islanders and @novallion ! I had a lot of fun working on this!

God this makes me nervous, but here’s a preview of the piece I just submitted for @destiny-islanders and @novallion ‘s The Ties That Bind Us zine! I normally don’t do lineless art as much, but I felt like doing so for this! i still somehow managed to make it and I hope it gets accepted!

So, uh, I may or may not have drawn a Sora for @destiny-islanders‘s Sora Pile.

Oh boy, more VRAINS ocs. Time for bios, they are under the cut..

Name: Chie Hanamura (花村千恵) Alias: Polaris-Vega Gender: Female Age: 16 Deck: Arcana Force (or something like it) Appearance: Chie is a girl of medium stature with aquamarine hair tied down into pigtails by a green and white scrunchie and dark teal bangs. She has fair skin decorated by light freckles and pink eyes with star shaped pupils in them. She dons the standardized Den Academy female uniforms, with a black choker. On her hand is a crescent moon shaped birthmark. Outside of her uniform, she normally dons a grey sweatshirt, a white t-shirt, blue slacks and teal trainers.  Her VRAINS Avatar has long teal hair held back into the ponytail with a green hair tie and the same color bangs. She wears dress with a white top and blue transparent skirt/sleeves and a dark green middle piece, with dark blue shorts and light blue flats. Her eyes are concealed by a blue visor. Much like her normal self, she has a moon shaped birthmark, which she hides as tattoo.

Personality: Chie is laid back and carefree girl, who tends to happily go with the flow of life. She is obsessed with the fortune telling and the occult, but tries not to show it as much. She tends to ramble on about random things and sometimes gets lost in her sentences, having to back track and figure out where she was in her thoughts. As Polaris-Vega, she tries to shed her laid back personality with a serious and more.. mature type of personality, though she sometimes slips back into it, making her playing style based off wits and her laid-back nature. She’d rather keep her identity a secret and play as a Charisma Duelist, than let herself get found out.

Fun Facts:

-She loves coffee, and it’s basically her life-blood.

-She’s the eldest of 4; two sisters and a brother. (Chiyo, Isamu, and Chouko)

Name: Taro Yamada (山田太郎) / Kaito Maeda (前田介登) Alias: Hierophant Blue Gender: Male Age: 19 Deck: World Chalice/World Legacy Appearance: Taro has short brown hair with dark red bangs. He has a dark green eye and the other is covered by a bandage, tan skin, with a scar over his right eye. He dons a green sweatshirt with a grey shirt underneath, jeans, and dark green trainers. As Hierophant Blue, he has a lightened version of his normal hair and his left eye is uncovered. He wears a blue and dark blue robe-like tunic, with gold accents, white pants, and upper arm length black fingerless gloves, with gold arm bands and bracelets, with one acting as his duel disk, with boots to match, minus the bands. He wears a mask on his lower face.

Personality: Taro, or Kaito, is a very quiet and reserved person. He tends to come off as cold and impatient. He’s an amnesiac, which means for him that he doesn’t have any ties with people. Whenever Kaito tries to think of a memory, he’ll get a migraine. Even as Hierophant Blue, this all applies. He tends to go quiet and contemplate his choices and where everything could go right or wrong. He tends to try and read his opponent’s moves, which sometimes works and sometimes it doesn’t.

Fun Facts:

-He has a family; a twin brother and a little sister. He’s the younger twin. His older twin, Gaito, is identical, with having both his eyes. His sister, Sayuri, has similar hair to the twins, with blue eyes instead.

Name: Sanae Murasaki ( 村崎 早苗)

Alias: Kamuy  Gender: Female Age: 16 Deck: Bujin Appearance: Sanae has mid-back length tow colored hair that fades to a lilac purple that are tied by into pigtails by black ribbons. She has purple eyes, pale skin decorated by freckles. She dons the standard Den Academy female uniform. Her VRAINS Avatar has lower back length tow colored hair that fades into a lilac purple that is decorated by a dark grey circlet. It has magneta eyes and pale skin, lacking the freckles of her real life counterpart.She dons a navy blue robe with a black ragged dress underneath, with the robe being held by a brown leather belt thing (making much like an obi), blue transluscent arm gloves (I’m sure that’s what they are), dark grey shorts, thigh high tights cut at an angle with blue-grey ruffles decorating the tops and black boots. Her duel disk is one of the latest models in a variety shades of purple. As a child, she had short hair and donned a purple dress and black ballet flats. Personality: Sanae is a shy and quiet girl, who is afraid to voice her own opinions. She finds comfort in reading books and gets flustered quite easily. She tends to fumble over her own words, sometimes mumbling and just stopping completely if she’s lost her train of thought. She would rather keep to herself and bottle up her own problems then tell someone else. As Kamuy, her personality has a sudden shift. Kamuy shines with confidence and does so somewhat gracefully. She never stumbles over her own words, unless in disbelief or she starts to feel self-doubt. It’s easy for her as Kamuy to feel more arrogant and want to at least be in the limelight for as long as she can. 

Fun Facts:

-She loves pudding, especially purin and anything purin flavored -Her favorite books are young adult fiction books, mainly those with magic and dragons -Her VA would be Kana Hanazawa (JP)/Christine Marie Cabanos

So... Uh this is symbolism at its finest for me. Since the red spider lily is also known as Japan’s flower of death, it’s very interesting when you take legends and stories of the flower’s history into context.

I’m sad, I was recording, then Sai stopped working for me and then obs died on me :C BUT! I took @princeofmints‘ advice about revisiting and redesigning old ocs, and so I picked up my old yandere oc, Shinku (I really don’t remember her name sadly), so she’s now Oka, because of her hair. ^^
