Please email, write reviews, and send tweets to mega corporations like Target, Walmart, CVS, Ralphs, Vons, Safeway, etc to make sure their workers are getting hazard pay. “Essential” works deserve to be getting time and a half during these times if our labor is that essential. We’re putting our health at risk to keep doors open while we also have immunocompromised family members or are immunocompromised ourselves!

Everything is getting shut down EXCEPT grocery stores. I work at a CVS, we’re a “convenient store” except people act like we’re a god damn Target, and we are facing lines of people stretching throughout the store, there are currently more than 50+ people in the store right this moment cramming everything they can in their carts touching everything, it’s a mess everywhere AND YET IT’S SUPPOSE TO BE BUSINESS AS USUAL.

GROCERY STORE EMPLOYEES DESERVE HOLIDAY PAY FOR THESE TIMES. IT’S LIKE WORKING HALLOWEEN EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR THE ENTIRETY OF THE PAST WEEK. WE’RE THE ONLY ONES STILL HOLDING DOWN SOCIETY WHILE EVERYTHING CLOSES DOWN.
