I could absolutely lose myself in the instrumentals to this song. And that’s something about this band that I find special. Two of the bands I saw last night throw guitar and vocals together, and it sounds decent but there’s nothing unique about it. There was nothing that made me want more. The guitar parts of MCR’s songs are so genuine and unique and melodic, and fused with Gerard’s vocals they make something that’s simply beautiful to listen to, but they don’t even need his vocals to sound good, yknow what I’m saying?
