- so when he meets you, he’s very quiet
- sort of keeps to himself best he can and only talks whennhe really has to?
- he likes that you don’t push him to talk or to open up. he takes to you because you seem to be kind and he really likes that in a friend
- when he starts to develop feelings for you he doesn’t try to fight it, really
- he moreover accepts that it’s what’s happening!! he probably panics a little and talks it through with himself over a cigarette or two and sooner or later he’s just doing his best to lay down good groundwork with u
- he can be really smooth and cheeky if you give him the chance!!
- the exact moment he remembered fully accepting and acknowledging the fact that he was in love with you, was when the two of you were doing some classwork, and a girl from across the classroom started making a scene, and the both of you just turned and looked at each other and stifled laughter

- kisses your shoulder when he passes you in halls. he says it’s for good luck !!
- he keeps pretty to himself when it comes to admitting his feelings,, and he’s very good at keeping them close to his chest
- sometimes you catch him staring at you from across the cafeteria or classroom and the two of you just smile real fast before breaking eye contact
- he’s so geeky!! gah if you ever go to a movie with him as a friend, he won’t really be sure if you want him to sit next to you or not, so you’ll be like “well???” and gesture to the seat beside you and he’ll just grin and be like “oh, guess it couldn’t hurt”
- tried to pay for little things for you when he can, but he doesn’t make much money, so most of your dates are either illegal trespassing or going to the park
- he runs his thumb over your hand in circles n bites his lip while he smiles at you
