Re-Arna Singer Song Writer Performer
Re-Arna has performed at âKiss My Grassâ with Prince quick Mix and Phill Watkins for Kiss Radio, supporting the Melodics and Pablo Discobar, and has also recently Supported âJohn Butlerâ and the 2009 âGarma Festivalâ. Re-Arna has performed in Sydney on the Tripple J Stage, supporting bands such as âUrth Boyâ and âSea Belliesâ, and also appearing on programs such as The Footy show beside Sammy Newman, Fox 8 âFootball Superstarâ, âFox Sportsâ, âRush TV (pilot) NZâ and âIts Academicâ.
 Re-Arnaâs TV credits include Featured dancers in Angry Boyâs âSlap my elbowâ, and âAnimal Zooâ, working with Cris Lilly, âWinners and Losersâ, Salsa dancer, âFour Weddingsâ, Channel 7 in 2010, TVCs for âViva Cabaretâ 2006 and âHerringboneâ 2008, and in 2007, Re-Arna appeared on âSo you think you can dance Greeceâ, making it to the top 25 dancers on the reality TV program in Athens. She has also appeared on   â1 Versus 100â, as a Playboy Bunniez entertainer, with Eddie Maguire, and with  Magda Szubanski, as a choreographer and performer in Channel 10's âMelbourne's Comedy Festival Gala 2004â.
 Re-Arna has also been involved in the ARAB Project (Anti-racism Action Band), in Melbourne, working with children, promoting harmony within all communities through the love of performing, using styles such as Hip Hop, Break Dance, and singing.
Re-Arna is a vocalist and dancer in Ole Ola, Fabio Robles' Brazilian musical production. She also has residency as a performer at âSilk Rdâ as a vocalist in âSuitably Lacedâ. Â In the past she had worked with Tony Bartuccioâs in Crown Casinoâs Floor Show, âA Showstoppers Christmas Showâ in 2001, with the famous voices of Simon Gallagher, Julie Anthony, Tony Lemond and Barry Crocker, as both a singer and dancer; â3 to Tangoâ (singing / acting in a show produced by KL Events) touring the peninsula; and was a solo vocalist in Bendigo in the opening ceremony for the International Youth Commonwealth Games 2004. Re-Arna also performed in Malaysia as an international principal singer and chorus dancer in Spectacular Spectacular; performed with Greek internationally recognised artist, âYiannis Ploutarhosâ, and International Miami Latin Band âLa Sanora Carasellesâ, and backup dancer for well known 90âs European DJ âSashâ, and famous Ausie performers such as Ricky Lee and Milsy.
 Re-Arnaâs choreography credits includes choreographing and performing for the support act in the Eve, 2008 Australia National Tour; assistant choreographer for Korean company, Base Camp (Tango car commercial for car maker Daewoo), and Choreographer/ cheerleader for the Victoria Giants Basketball and the South Dragons' NBL team. She was also a guest hip hop and samba instructor the exceptional Cuban Contemporary dance company, for âRakettan Balletâ Dance company in Cuba.
Her modelling includes âFashion Rebelâ online magazine 2011, a feature in a catalogue and billboards (Tasmania) for the Salvation Army Employment Campaign, QLA (Quality Lifestyle Accommodation), Miishu Fashion Boutique, Â magazine advertisements, billboards and tram advertisements for Copacabana International.
Re-Arna is now heavily pursuing her interests in singing and song writing, debuting âGirl Meets Boyâ www.girlmeetsboy.net, original rock band, working with Song Writer/ Artist / Guitarist, Jon Lambousis with their original rock music. Jon and Re-Arna most recently toured Athens, and were also invited to perform as semi finalists in Athenâs âBattle of the Bandsâ 2010.
