genuinely cannot tell if I'm dieting or starving myself
it's been a year but we're so back
why are some people only rude to me
I graduated from therapy 🎓
I'm still mentally ill but at least I got a piece of paper
its funny bc i have so much that would be useful to mention to my therapist but i always freeze up and talk abt other less important shit
back on 1 meal a day!!!
(it has an ungodly amount of calories)
Wait, does it actually work?
tw self h@rm
sort of, I couldn't really find hard numbers on it because there are so many variables. But whenever your body has wounds your immune system works harder to avoid infection, which burns more calories. Also the actual healing cost some energy, but that still depends on factors like the severity and blood loss etc.
In short, yes it will burn more calories. But like dont do it. Your body will still heal in a calorie deficit, but there are increased risks of infection, scars and the healing process will be slower. I really, really don't recommend this. please don't do it
honestly this relapse was triggered by me being tired of spending money on food. I haven't bought food in almost a week now and I'm not planning on going untill I absolutely have to
$elf h@rming to force my body to use more calories is totally normal behaviour right? right??
idk how you americans do it. I was there on a roadtrip for two weeks, which meant a lot of eating in diners/restaurants.
why is every single meal there anywhere from 750 to like 2000 calories. I think my dad ordered a 2200 calories meal once.
I pity and praise all of you
I got promoted from junkfood ana to fruits and veggies ana.
honestly don't know if I recovered for a bit or if I binged for a month
whats the lowest cal way to get drunk?
im so scared to weigh myself
I really posted a thirstrap for one girl and everyone but her has seen it
