Use Your Office and Your Cell Phone for Security and Safety
Think about this as a new safety policy: Have the prospective buyers meet their agent at the agent's office or at a public place (people around); in that meeting the agent clearly ID's the buyer(s).
That ID process can (and should) include cell phone pictures of the prospective buyers, their ID's, and their car's license plates. It would take just a minute or two to snap some photos, add names and locations, and then e-mail the infor to the home office or other pre-determined location.
The goal is to make anonymity an absolute impossibility.
The photo of my license was shot and sent in under 30 seconds.
