Filipino Traditions Start Here
This is a carousel post for Instagram [link]. The image was originally created with two people, a woman and her son, who were foreigners. Using AI-generated fill, I was able to modify their features to make them more Filipino, aligning the image with the theme of Filipino traditions. Additionally, I added a young girl and the woman’s husband to better reflect the intended narrative.
Lastly, this photo was provided by the marketing officers. The original image can be found here. My task was to adjust the features of the people in the photo to resemble those in the first image. The goal of the final photo was to portray a happy, relaxed family gathered for the holidays. With the help of generative AI, I was able to align the features of the individuals in both images, ensuring consistency for the marketing material.
This event material was created for the Lamudi website update. The Lamudi Outlook event is one of the biggest annual events, celebrating the top-performing brokers and developers connected to Lamudi. This particular material was a photo frame designed to customize photos taken on stage during the event, ensuring a uniform and professional look across all images.
Here’s an example where I’ve placed and adjusted the photo to make it look more natural and visually appealing.
PR Frame - Outlook 2024
Lamudi Academy
Lamudi Academy is designed to educate individuals about real estate. Meetings are held either in a designated room at the office for in-person attendees or via Zoom for those who prefer to learn from the comfort of their homes. The program includes various components such as Power Hour, Level Up (exclusive to subscribers), and The Lamudi Academy Meet and Learn. These sessions aim to equip participants with the skills to effectively engage with clients, close sales, and foster valuable business conversations. These tasks are intended to express appreciation to participants who attended the meeting. As designers, we are tasked with creating materials using screenshots from Zoom provided by the meeting conductor. Our role involves cropping out participants who appeared attentive during the discussion while excluding those who were away from the screen, not facing the camera, or engaged in other activities. Additionally, we ensure that participants' names are removed to maintain confidentiality.
Lamudi featuring Chinese New Year 2025
Chinese New Year has become a significant annual celebration in the Philippines, believed to bring wealth, luck , and success. In line with this, Lamudi is joining the festivities, and here are the initial drafts based on the provided task brief.
Here are the PNG assets I used to achieve my desired look for the designs.
This is the standard task brief provided before assigning tasks to designers. Below is a sample screenshot of the brief. Typically, they use an Excel file to outline tasks, including key marketing details such as the submission date, the person responsible for the task, and the assigned designer.
During the design process for these materials, I realized the importance of aligning the event with Lamudi's branding. For instance, I transformed the centerpiece of a flower into a home icon to reflect Lamudi's purpose. Additionally, I customized each ang pao in the following slides, allowing viewers to choose their preferred design and aesthetic based on the variations presented.
This the original form of the ang pao.
Here are the customized ang paos created based on the task brief: one symbolizes success and prosperity, another represents health and harmony, and the last embodies new beginnings.
I also collaborated with the social media manager to test the materials, as the post aims to attract Facebook followers through an element of mystery. To reveal the ang paos, users are encouraged to choose one by clicking on what they believe will bring them luck for 2025.
After submitting the initial drafts, our Lead Creatives reviewed the artwork and suggested a few minor tweaks, primarily focusing on aligning the event with Lamudi's branding, particularly in terms of color consistency.
And that sums up the entire task. This is the final look approved:

Lamudi and Property Pro
These artworks were designed for Instagram and Facebook, showcasing how Filipinos can creatively recycle materials for Christmas decorations. For example, "parol," the iconic Filipino Christmas lantern shaped like a star, can be crafted using plastic straws. Other ideas include making garlands for windows and flat Christmas trees for walls, ideal for homes with limited space.
There were requested revisions for these materials, and here are the raw files used in creating the artworks.
L Connect
This task involved replicating the banner of our Indonesian client for the L-Connect program. CONNECT: The First Real Estate Super App for Agents in Indonesia transforms real estate careers with an all-in-one property platform, now available in the Philippines. The artwork was designed to serve as a template for upcoming Zoom sessions related to the Connect Program. I created the template using Photoshop and later converted it into a Canva file for ease of use.
Lamudi and Anchor Land
Bangladesh Client
Anchor Land is a premier real estate developer in the Philippines, known for its luxurious style and high-end properties. One of their notable endorsers is Kathryn Bernardo, a renowned ABS-CBN superstar with an extensive portfolio of endorsements. This design has undergone multiple iterations to ensure it aligns perfectly with Anchor Land's sophisticated branding.
This is the raw file, which clearly lacks additional images for landscape versions. To address this, I used Photoshop's Generative Fill feature alongside my editing skills to achieve the desired outcome.
This is one of the designs I created for this task, incorporating feedback that guided me in successfully completing it.

For the social media ad, I turned to Photoshop, crafting each element to capture attention and resonate with the audience. The artwork took shape in Illustrator, where I played with design and detail to create a visually engaging piece. Finally, for the video editing, I brought together the power of Adobe Suite and CapCut, blending visuals and pacing to tell a compelling story that feels polished and dynamic.

Newsletters, also known as email templates for subscribers, have been a recent focus of my work. Designing newsletters is one of my favorites, as it allows me to leverage my extensive experience in web design accumulated over the years.
As part of the design process, I’ve also made several iterations based on feedback from the creative leads. Their input has helped me gain insight into their perspectives and identify visible flaws in the design. Most importantly, their feedback reassures me that my work aligns with the business goals and aesthetic preferences. And this is the final artwork
And these are the iterations:
Here are the artworks I need to adjust with a few tweaks to ensure "lesser scrolling." These artworks were designed by my fellow multimedia artist, Jovic.
Lamudi and BPI
Here are my works for Lamudi in partnership with BPI—a groundbreaking collaboration between these two large companies. This program offers pre-appraisal and pre-title verification for qualified properties. Together, Lamudi and BPI share the mission of helping Filipinos achieve their dream homes and empowering them to make it a reality today.
I am a Multimedia Artist responsible for creating social media content for Lamudi’s real estate listings, newsletters, campaigns, advertisements, and holiday-related posts to engage followers. I design visually appealing and impactful posts for platforms like Facebook and Instagram, aimed at attracting brokers, seekers, business partners, and other social media users through both organic content and ads. Additionally, I assist colleagues with tasks such as transcribing captions for videos and troubleshooting complex coding issues related to the website they are working on.
As we kick off 2025 in the traditional way of setting yearly goals, our campaign manager decided to transform this concept into engaging social media content. Here’s the artwork:
Here are the raw assets I used for the artwork, referred to as materials in Lamudi PH. I used Photoshop's Generative Fill feature to adjust the faces in the provided image, ensuring the hero image looks more Filipino by featuring a middle-aged couple. This emphasizes that it’s never too late to turn your goals into reality, especially when buying a brand-new home. I also carefully matched the colors, highlights, and shadows of the other elements with the hero image to ensure a cohesive and natural look.
Spot the difference. These changes were guided by feedback from the team's creative leads, emphasizing the need to harmonize two distinct images for a natural appearance. Additionally, the text was crafted to be heartfelt, steering clear of generic and meaningless posts: Buy House Buy our Dream Home!
