I feel so much peace that I can expresses the level of stress and depression I feel, can be posted and not effect my personal life. It feels peaceful (technically) saying to the world the degree of my mental health problems yet be still personal. I am not doing well at this point. I’m surprised those around me, knowing the degree of trauma I’ve had, thinks I’d ever be normal again is insane.
