Aoba’s eyes shifted from his Coil to Noiz at the sound of his voice breaking the silence. Idly titling his head, he gazed at the object in question with a look of recognition.

” It’s a VHS tape. The fact that it’s an original copy from a old classic show is about the only reason why Hage-san hasn’t tossed that thing out yet, “ he inclined, his head supported by the palm of his hand. His attention was now away from the Coil game he had been playing and on the blonde teenager instead. 

“ You thinking of buying it ? “ his voice held a hint of curiosity.

Andrea Pannocchia has a great full-length commentaryless playthrough of the game on youtube, if you want the full story without annoying commentary. =w= Kinda sad they didn't do re:connect tho.

;; thanks for the advice ! and that’s fine ; i have only managed to play halfway through koujaku’s route in re:connect before my computer stopped supporting those kinds of games anymore.

;; every one of the drafts i had saved before my hiatus are p much useless at this point?? bc the majority of those blogs have deactivated it seems ;w; well, at least i can start over from scratch now without owing anyone a reply . . .

so like, i’m making new icons and then i plan on re-watching the dramatical murder anime bc it p much sums up the main points of the game without me having to re-play it. i’ve already played it countless of times x’D

    Again, there’s that support; it always felt like a fresh breath of air, to know that Aoba was there for him. Even if it was just listening, at this point. He sits himself on a bar stool, rubbing the back of his head. 

     “Thanks, again. But…well, I’ll just keep it simple–I’m fine. I’m not in a hospital bed, I’m not dead, I just wish everyone would stop seeing me like a victim when I just want to get on with my life.” 

While Aoba could relate to what Mizuki was saying, he also thought that Mizuki didn’t quite know how horrible it felt for the people who cared for him to know that his mind almost had been lost back then, and how painful it was for Aoba to realize that he was at fault. His eyes lowered at that moment ; shameful and clouded with guilt.

“ I don’t know, it’s just... I think it’s the fact that it was a miracle that you survived my Scrap power. I’d hardly known about it at that time so I didn’t know how to properly use it. You could’ve been gone forever and...it would’ve been all thanks to me.  “
