Danielle waited for Howl to return to the castle anxiously. She wasn’t sure how Lily’s procedure would be done. She gently moved calcifer into a bucket with a fresh log while she cleaned up his ashes. She then replaced him quickly. “Better?” She asked.

Danielle followed him inside and once she was up to the top of the stairs she turned and kissed him.

He kissed back and smiles, she was in love and that was perfect for him. “ You are amazing Danielle.” he said and looked at the window.

“I see, well, off to bed then girls. We have a big day ahead of us tomorrow.”

He mumbled something but otherwise didn’t stir at her touch.

Lily frowned and walked past him. She was looking for her coat and shoes. She had to get back home. She would leave him some coins for his trouble.

Aiden continued to sleep as she moved about. However, the door wouldn’t budge when Lily approached it. He had cast a charm to prevent anyone from entering or leaving.

Lily puffed her cheeks out ‘ Does he expect me to stay here?’ she thought and walked to the window, maybe she could climb out and get home and tell Howl what had happened. Once she found a window she noticed that she could not open it. This was frustrating, no way out with a hot guy. Lily felt nervous, what if he wanted her to. Her face turned a bright red color at the thought.

Danielle walked with Cedric through the halls of the school. Hailey had stayed behind to unpack her trunk while the two of them went for food. “Our last year.” She repeated again. “It’s so surreal.”

“Call it senioritis.” She smirked. “Let’s go to Scotland for the day. Go see some castles and get you a kilt.”

Cedric blushed at the idea of himself in a kilt. He looked at her “ Let’s skip the kilt but Scotland sounds great. I’m sure Hailey will be worried.

“I left her a note.” Danielle assured him. She silently wondered why he mentioned her so much. Did he like Hailey more than her? Danielle shook the thought out of her head and took his hand. “Let’s go.”

“ Alright love and do not worry, your the only girl for me. I just want her to know your not kidnapped more that your having a party.” Cedric said and kissed her cheek. He wanted her to have a good time, forget about her worries. “Your gonna love Scotland, there is so much to see and do, do not forget about the food.”

“What do your parents do then?” Narcissa asked. “I would think all parents would be proud of their child’s accomplishments.”

She looked down at her nails and gelt nervous to answer. “ They umm well they live in America. ” She said.

“And their jobs in america?” Narcissa asked feeling a twinge of annoyance at the girls parent’s. Why they wouldn’t be proud of her was absurd.

Hailey looked at her “ They are farmers. And they are proud it’s just they didn’t know I had this kind of skill. ” She said.

Narcissa nodded. “A bright witch such as yourself should have proud parents.”

Draco was confused, he was sure because Hailey wasn’t from a magical family his mother would shun her. Disown him for being with her. This would be something to ask her when Hailey wasn’t around.

“Do you plan on returning to America?” Narcissa followed.

Hailey felt her heart quicken, “Well I have not really thought about it. My parents have had a busy year and I did not want to inconvenience them.” she said and picked up her drink. “Draco wanted to show me the sights and I did not want to pass up the opportunity.” she added and smiled at Draco. She knew that he was worried, but he should have faith in her.

“I love you so much that the thought of having to end this….us…after all this time scares me.”

“Danielle my sweet heart you don’t have to worry. Wherever I go as long as I’m with you that’s where I wanna be.” He said and looked into her eyes . “ I want to be with you I’ll move where you go America , Uk even the moon.” He said and kissed her .

“I don’t want to ask you to leave you father for me.” Danielle frowned after the kiss. “But we can figure something out right? I mean there are port keys….” she shrugged

He nodded and held her ” He will understand and if your worried about your friend she can stay with us too I can make extra room.“ he added he knew their friendship was important.

“I think Hailey’s going to be okay. She’s becoming her own person with draco’s help. But we should have a guest room, just in case.” She wiped her nose on her sleeve.

“Why wont it work between us love I’m not leaving you for anyone else. ” He said and hugged her. “I think Hailey is changing Draco for the better. ” Cedric said “ He actually behaves for once. ”

Aiden was sleeping in the chair beside the bed. It was rather uncomfortable in the chair but he needed to stay close to her. He hadn’t meant to fall asleep but there he was.

Narcissa tsked. “We can’t live in the old ways forever in this world. And if I must stand between you and my husband I would most certainly raise my wand to him.”
