So happy to be part of the @spoke_art Bad Dads VI show at the Joseph Gross Gallery in NYC! I'll share the final piece when the show opens August 7! 💛

We're still in search of a home in Nashville and are really looking forward to settling in. We're looking for a one or two bedroom apartment to rent, preferably in East Nashville. (We'd like to rent a duplex or house, not a complex apt if we can help it) If you know of anything, please pass it along!! I'd be forever grateful 🙇

GUYS. I've had the immense pleasure of creating the album artwork for The Crane Wives, an amazing indie-folk band from Grand Rapids, Michigan (💓) whom not only are incredibly talented, but warm hearted and genuine. They're releasing a double album which you can pre-order right now, and you won't regret it if you do. I got to listen to the album while painting and it's SO good.

Guess what! I'm painting a mural! I painted a little fox and jack rabbit mural in 2013 at The Lodge in Phoenix but now it's time to come and do a complete overhaul on that wall. The Lodge is raising money to fund the mural, for travel, material and time. This is my soulcraft. 'Hortense & The Leaf Bug.' This is based on a 72 line poem I wrote about a botanist who mistakes a leaf bug for a new plant species. The set is made of sculpey and found objects. The pencil in her hand is a carved match. What else can you find? Come and see the piece in person, along with the poem and some of the miniature props, this Saturday at @helikongallery at the Muses of Mount Helikon II Show. I'll also do a post on the piece for you guys outside of Denver.
