i just watched spaceless and what the actual fuck
something about nostalgic time-travel dramas with “i would find you in any universe” star-crossed lovers tied together by the red string of fate… just two people trying to save each other… oh god
Just finished watching Welcome to Samdal-ri and it ended with a quote -
"HAVING A PLACE TO RETURN TO IS AN INCREDIBLE RELIEF"
The entire series was good, but this last quote made my day.
LOVE FOR LOVE'S SAKE (2024)
Denver Balbaboco
"I think it's really been done to death already... so maybe we can, like, chill out on the engineers?"
“Remember what happened during our trip? What did it mean?” THE EIGHTH SENSE (2023).
SKAM (2016) Episode 5 // THE EIGHTH SENSE (2023) Episode 10
goodbye to the eighth sense
are y’all okay
“I don’t have to try so hard in front of him. I don’t have to be someone I’m not. And … I’m happy when I’m with him.” THE EIGHTH SENSE (2023) - Episode 6.

The day I forgot how to breath
The scene that really really got me was Shardul calling Sumi to say that he had done it, he had told his family, and the way they both shared that moment, in near silence because they were hardly able to speak, each breaking down crying. And it was everything, it was the pain, the joy, the culmination of so much built up tension and repression, the release.
I don't think I've ever actually seen a film show catharsis like this, so well so earned so intimate, and so moving.
