wrote a coming-of-age short story and ended up painting it out for a minor school project back in 2020. i noticed the crazy little similarities it has with Twenty Five, Twenty One (2022)!

i didn’t think much of it before but after seeing the beach scene in ep 10, I just had to post this here. i must have manifested this😭

Bonus: My story was set in summer of the 90s too! I love nostalgic/summer-themed things so this drama was really perfect and I’ll be thinking about it forever.

also like one of my favorite things about zutara in the og show is how much the narrative seems to naturally support the idea of zutara being a couple (or at the very least being super important in each others lives) -- the narrative has a lot of symbolism and spiritual ties that does make Zutara genuinely believable because it fits with the universe and a lot of the messaging of the show

so when i see 'spirit world spirit creature thinks zutara's dynamic is an old married couple' it just kinda confirms that the SPIRITUAL ASPECT OF AVATAR DOES BACK UP ZUTARA
