Exciting News! ♥
Ah, I am so excited to share these news with you honestly!! Since someone asked me to create a website, I decided to do so and now finally have one!
The website is WannabeAlicesRecipes ♥
It’s still under some construction and not exactly how I want it, but I am working on it!! I plan on posting my recipes there as well as here and more or less using it as a ‘plan B’ if my tumblr blog gets deleted again!
Honestly it makes me so happy. When I started this blog a little more than a year ago, I thought nobody would really like my recipes and used it more for myself and the support I’ve been getting is so heartwarming. I’ve come a long way and for the first time in my life I have something I can be proud of and something I look forward to.
In the future I want to make even more recipes, help as many people as I can and interact with you all as much as possible! Thank you so much for helping em accomplish this. Thank you so much for supporting me. You all mean so much to me! ♥
Just got some work done on my website! Still new to it, but I’m getting there ^~^’‘ Check it out! ♥
0 CALORIE VANILLA ICE CREAM!!! I used: 🍦ice cubes (more or less depending on the thickness you want) 🍦 stevia or other 0 cal sweeteners 🍦 vanilla extract or flavor 🍦 salt (teensy bit) 🍦water Blend and enjoy! Mine turned out more milkshake-y bc I didn’t have enough ice cubes but it’s still yummy. ✨ xo
HAND APPLE PIES (plant based)
½ cup plant based margarine
1 ½ cup GF baking flour
¼ tsp salt ~2 tbsp ice water
Place flour, salt and margarine into a food processor (use a dough blade if you have one, if not no big deal). Pulse into mixture is crumbly similar to corn meal. Slowly add water, 1 tbsp at a time. Continue to pulse until mixture begins to form a dough. Form into a ball and place in refrigerator for about 30-60 minutes. Remove from fridge. Flour your work surface and roll out dough super thin (3-4mm). Cut into even rectangles, use a ruler if needed. Use a cookie cutter to cut out shapes on top. Make sure to only cut out shapes on half of the rectangle pieces that way the other half can be used as the bottom of the hand pies. Place filling in the center of the bottom rectangles. Dip a pastry brush in a little water and brush the very edges of the rectangle so that the top piece with the cut out shapes will stick to it. Use your fingers to pinch the edges together. Place onto a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes at 400°F. In the last 5 minutes of baking, remove from over and brush with a little melted margarine and place back in oven. This will give a nice golden brown color. Let cool and enjoy!
APPLE FILLING
7-8 apples (peeled and sliced into small chunks)
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp margarine
2 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp water
Place apples, Margarine and spices in a large pot. Cook until apples have softened on the outside but are still crisp on the inside. Meanwhile, mix together cornstarch and water to make a slurry. Pour slurry mixture into apples a little at a time. Stir mixture and stop adding slurry once apple mixture has thickened to the point of not being runny.
✨60 cal smoothie bowl✨
I have a variation of this every morning and it keeps me full for hours. The tofu thickens it nicely and has way less calories than banana or ice cream, plus lots of protein! It also tastes delicious and looks super nice on my insta story lol
50g Frozen blueberries (27)
40g Silken tofu (20)
⅓ cup Unsweetened almond milk (10)
2 Ice cubes (0)
Place all ingredients in a blender/food processor and blend until smooth and thicc :)))
Add water or almond milk if mixture is struggling to blend
Pour into a shallow bowl and top with whatever you want (see below for my notes)
Take a pic cos it’ll look fiiiiine (feel free to reblog this with your creations)
Notes: This is my basic recipe but I also love it with strawberries, dragonfruit, mango, cherries, etc. I also top it with extra berries, cacao nibs, frozen almond milk and coconut if i want to spice it up (this will change the calorie count)
*if you are struggling with an eating disorder i encourage you to seek help as soon as possible. i am in no way encouraging the development of an ed, this is just a recipe that i feel safe eating

Infused Water!
A lot of people probably think infused water is bullshit and only makes gives the water some flavour but I personally disagree. While you won’t drop 20 pounds overnight, or never get sick again I find that it does help. I have experienced minor benefits from drinking infused water. Plus it will help you drink water AND if your someone who doesn’t finish fruit and things like me it’s a good way to use it. Anyway here’s a little master post on infused water.
