little do the first-years know that their relatives are all in contact with one another in a group chat, and are slowly piecing together the entire death-defying, traumatizing, violence-riddled timeline that is their school life based on the freshies' significantly more toned-down (but contradictory; i.e. jack's account of leona's overblot is way more mild than sebek's) version of events.

needless to say, deuce's mom is already forging yuu's adoption papers (she can stretch her budget enough to fit in another kid, right?), epel's grandma is ready to kill a model and go on the lam (she's old; she's got nothing to lose), and jack's siblings are coming up with a 756-step master plan to assassinate the second prince of sunset savannah by the end of the year (they're already on step 546. they still haven't figured out a way to get past leona's ultra-powerful brother, but they're workshopping a possible scheme that involves stampeding wildebeest).
