"Be careful venturing too deep, darling, things aren't always what they seem in the dark..." I remember reading a note in one of the art books that the eels' body is luminescent since they live in the deep sea and I just...went a little out of control again and my victim is Jade.

This was so HARD, I don't draw underwater things, but I think this turned out really nice <3 I especially had fun adding the speckles to Jade's body.

I am finally finished this huge beastie!

I feel if Floyd and Jade were to overblot, they would overblot together, and I immediately imagined their bodies being partially stuck together, feeding off their own magic reserves and each others'.

One had better hope they either burn themselves out before the blot does, or maybe you might be able to turn them against each other to get them to snap out of it~

#i've seen the potrayal of them overblotting separately #but when i saw that they are combined together it made me shudder more because they look more gigantic and scary #imagine if they swim very fast too in this form #okay but thinking of it; it is scary that floyd's UM is making us hard to inflict damage to them #but then again if u do make them go against each other u may have better chances winning #after all if floyd lose concentration or motivation; jade doesn't really have a combative UM #they ended up only with sheer power of muscle tails #which is still absolutely horrifying but hey #scary bro... still scary bro.... to imagine this thing chasing u and calling ur name #maybe azul will lend us some contract UM to beat them #i don't know what would be worst; them fighting each other while in the same body or separately #i wish they don't hurt each other too much i know their fights can be brutal #man really loving the siamese twins concept tho for overblot tho #seriously which is more scary them separately overblot together #or them conjoined overblot #perhaps they are conjoined for our advantages after all #floyd lose motivation and jade has to drag the weight alone #slowing them down #(perhaps the lighter background would make them pops more 🤔 even tho luna want to highlight their shimmers with dark bg)
