(ps: I long stopped caring to actually post anything here, because this site will be nothing but a glorified harry potter fansite until it gets a lawsuit for its continued nazi terf management)
The new Pokemon TCG Pocket full art goes crazy!
🏳️⚧️ Trans Ally Seto Kaiba 🏳️⚧️
the authors blatant desire to be a girl that she thinks everyone has
Trans people of Tumblr. If you could go back in time to when it all sorta started for you, that first time you went out in those clothes, the first time you had that moment of trying to be yourself and not just hidden away in your room, what would you say to yourself?
I'll start: "Don't let anxiety distract you from having fun" "Your outfit looks fine, stop worrying." "Your friends love you."
"You are gonna end up looking quite hot eventually, I know it seems impossible now, but you can actually look good."
"You dont realize how much of you there is, and how much happier you will be. Learn about yourself. For the first time in your life, you get to live. Enjoy life."
Sorry for posting your tags but I do think these things are important to share
You're not immune from your tags being posted with heartfelt words like that
"please enjoy this. You aren't going to be found out. Your friends are here to support you. The wig looks good on you, and one day you wont need it, you'll have gorgeous pretty curls of your own one day. Also stop tucking it hurts and it's just going to make you uncomfortable and paranoid. I love you "
"I know it's scary but it's so worth it in ways you can't begin to imagine" "you got this"
Have no mercy. If you can't get it, demand it. If you're scared, fight. If you're ashamed, the shame is not worth it.
If you're surrounded by people you hate, by people you wish were better, bunkering yourself will kill you slowly from the inside.
You have more actionable and real power with a burning soul, than you have doused and with your spirit put out and broken.
If you're not authentic now, they will take it from you. Fight. Fight your friends. Fight your enemies. Fight while you still can.
There are friends where you don't expect them and there are enemies where you think. And only by shinign brightly you can change anything. Complaency is all a trap many will betray.
if you ever feel like "there's a girl inside you and she is dying and performing masculinity feels like your hands are covered on her blood and you doing acts that supposedly are a male's normal sexual actions but feel coerced to doing things you consider horrible and that make that girl inside you fde away into death and you desperately want a way out of it but feel helpless and convinced that it is impossible that you wish you could mentally become a girl and that you somehow can't and that you wonder if it is a sexual thing but you see girls and women as the ideal for that feels truly you and you wish for a way out of this hell prison but are convinced you cannot"
you can make a lot of art about it if you want, have it be a constant present theme in all your art even, but, I have a suggestion
it is more possible than you think + actually listen to trans women
(yes this is about that author, but more particularly if you identify with these feelings, uh, yeah, be humble and listen to the trans girls talk about it actually)
I once had a Matryoska doll that the smallest one was an egg
... which, is weird, you'd think the egg would open up instead
but that egg is a girl too
i can make something good!
and that something good is more trans women! i'll make sure you get your wish!
if you try hard enough, you can make good girls!!
don't you want to be a good girl? don't you wish you had a good girl with you?
it is within your grasp!
Imagine for a moment there was a voice in your ear
That voice has been there for as long as you can remember, for all you know you were born with this voice whispering to you
Now imagine that voice is telling you your existence is wrong, that you are wrong for being who you are, that you are disgusting and worthless and evil unless you perform your role
Now imagine hearing someone directly contradicting that voice, telling you what you are is a good thing, telling you you're not disgusting or worthless or evil but actually wonderful and worthy of love
Society tells us trans women we're wrong for existing, it very literally forces us to be masculine or else suffer the punishment for stepping out of line
Forcefem is the radical opposition of the societal pressure exerted on us from birth, forcefem is the revolution, and dismissing it as just a kink is a fundamentally cruel thing to do
forcefem is the reclamation of an identity denied.
Why are there more of you? Mitosis??
Girltosis
Girl into sister?? sounds like a plan!
forcefem the ship of theseus
whether you may consider the other side the same as the original or different, every aspect through the journey, every change, and the very fact that these changes happened, means something about the original
it's not just whether you're a girl or were a girl, but the accumulation of all these experiences makes you more of you than at the start
it doesn't change you, it gives you more to call yourself.
from the scared repressed girl, to a free spirited girl, and all the lonely and betrayed and curious girls along the way. it's all you.
and all of her deserves to be a girl at every step.
Hey, I know shit probably sucks for you right now and I'm sorry for all the assholes that have been in your inbox recently, but I've been following you since I was a completely clueless egg, and I remember that before all these harassment campaigns and all you used to help talk people through the type of situation I'm in now so I figured I'd send an ask and see if you respond
I'm really scared. I'm out to my closest circle of friends, but I'm at the point where there's not really anything more to do but come out and/or start estrogen. And doing either terrifies me. Because the world is hard and it's getting harder for people like me, and I guess I feel like if I do anything more, I make it real outside of my bubble and then I'm just starting a timer until the reality of the world catches up to me. I feel like people like the boy version of me, and I'm just scared they would start to hate me if I was a trans woman. (I also have some general medical anxiety shit so I really don't know if I'd be able to keep up on my estrogen doses, but that's secondary)
I don't know if you'll respond to this, I completely understand if you don't, but... I've already heard the "do it scared"s and the "it's worth it"s and all those cliches, but I just kind of have a hard time internalizing those things. A part of me knows I have to do it, obviously, otherwise I wouldn't be here. But even if I know it, I'm just terrified of everything changing and ending up in some terrible situation or something. So, if you're willing to give it a shot, can you please try to convince me?
hello, my dear anon. i was exhausted when your ask appeared in my inbox, and while thats perfectly okay and i'm proud of you for reaching out, i am too tired to respond myself. instead, i've asked my dear friend @innumerable-voices to read what you said, and It wrote this response, i hope it helps. "Darling I understand where you're at, I really do. It took me ten years to pull that trigger, a full decade, and I regret every single day I didn't live my life as the girl that I am. I had the same fears. What if people don't like me any more. Well, it turns out some of them didn't, and wow am I happier now they're no longer in my life, anyone who won't support you in something so big and so important is probably already a negative in your life in ways you can't see. And those who did support me saw how happy this made me and didn't just support me they pushed me onwards to see me thrive What if the world is unkind. It is sometimes, I won't lie to you and say this decision will never have negative repercussions, but the people who want to keep you in the closet are lying to you about how many people actually care about these things. For every negative interaction I've had thousands that were just neutral and dozens of overtly positive, not to mention the absolute thrill of finding another transfer in the wild and sharing a knowing smile, it's magical. Most people don't care what you've got going on and most of the people who do care will go out of their way to support you (even if sometimes it's a little condescending or uninformed). Don't let the scare mongering get to you It's never too late, but the best day to start is today. Also you're very welcome to DM [ @innumerable-voices ] and we can talk more."

@ienactforcefem
and what is the suggestion, i hear you asking? ...
...
... FORCEFEM!
Being a trans woman is inherently brave, even if you're not out to anyone else. Peering into yourself rather than accepting what others have told you about what your identity should be will always be transgressive (and transgendered).
You look into the mirror and don't see anything worth loving?
I have a suggestion.
You've never been interested in fashion or keeping up your appearances?
I have a suggestion.
You open your fridge but are afraid of fat making you look more like your father?
I have a suggestion.
You get a weird ick when people call you "dude", "man", "bro", even though that's normal for everyone in your friend group?
I have a suggestion.
Dysphoria is a parasite that eats its way into every facet of your being. Shoot it from the source.
You feel sad that other trans girls can be themselves but you're not one of them?
I have a suggestion.
You wish for a kinship that is missing, feeling away from your own self and an invisible barrier you wish wasn't there with girls?
I have a suggestion.
You feel sad you wish you had dysphoria so you could actually be a girl?
I'm not even suggesting it for that one!!
Dysphoria hides in every corner of your psyche and life, but you can be a girl. It really is that simple.
