This is the day that my life changed.   For the past decade I have had an unhealthy relationship.  It was something I always thought was going to be a part of my life and that was really never as big of a deal as it seemed.  I surrendered to it yesterday and I have decided to change my life completely because of it. This will not be easy and there are people in my life that I may lose if I don’t really stick with this.  More than that, though, I owe it to myself to be rid of this thing that has had a crippling effect on my life.   Day 2.
